It's a nice blue collar type place and the waitress don't hound you to buy drinks! I didn't get any dances the last time I was there (about 2 weeks ago) so I couldn't tell you if there is a VIP tax now. But I when I was there a couple of years ago there was a tax upstairs and it wasn't that much (5 bucks). They do have an enclosed section in the corner and I don't think there is a tax when you go there.

Yes they charge ten bucks for a trip into the back. You also get a free admission card for your next vist. They had a fire show a couple months back that I have not scene repeated. Drinks are reasonably priced and the entertainment is acceptable.

Most clubs change shifts at 7:00, so getting there between 6 and 6:15 works good. The downside to this plan is that at a lot of clubs, the start of nightshift is pretty lame because not many girls are there yet. The girls tend to show up casually late, like 9:30 or so.
