I see what you are saying, but all those items you mentioned can also be concealed in a pants pocket or elsewhere on their person. Like Stealth Mode said go see the public defender. I have looked at some people's history on case search over the years, if she really has a clean record, they will probably take it easy on her. The worst thing she could do is not show up at court, they would hit her with a FTA and that is usually more serious than the other charges.

"Any statement you use can and will be used against you in a court of law". So, her best bet is to plead guilty, and most likely she will get a suspended sentence, probation, and a fine. The problem that will occur is this will be her 2nd charge within 30 days, so the judge / states attorney will most likely be pretty annoyed with this.

I do suggest that she go see a public defender, and not take this case so lightly. The back log means nothing when you are a repeat offender for the same crime within 30 days. Keep us posted on the outcome.

My advice to you is not to get yourself involved in any legal situation with any of these girls, be it advice, bail or any of their legal entanglements or drama!
