Would anybody be willing to share their experience of a run in with LEO from seeing a BP girl?

I've been in this hobby for almost 20 years and while there were times that I was safe and made sure to read reviews, check pics, etc, I feel like I've made a lot of unsafe moves too. From calling the newspaper ads from the pay phone inside the motel 6 to seeing girls who I was sure had fake pics to asking explicit questions on the phone and before the LEO check. I've never been busted (knock on wood) , so I'd like to hear from someone that has.

In retrospect, was it something that could have been avoided if you were more aware or was it just a case of really bad luck?

I think JW knows what he is talking about. The only thing I disagree with is not getting an attorney. I don't even like attorneys but based on my own experience from now on the rest of my life if I EVER have to go to court for ANY reason, I will ALWAYS retain an attorney. And a good one. Even if he's expensive. Because even if they are expensive it's still worth if it, if they are good.

The good ones are expensive but. You find out later it is still cheaper than the nickel and dime fees the courts charge and just keep tacking on. Not to mention they can reduce a sentence significantly. Where as if you just roll the dice with the Judge, you really don't know what's going to happen. And you can get fucked, like I did. You may get a favorable sentence, you may not. You just don't know. Maybe somebody took a dump in the Judges wheaties that morning and he's just in a bad mood. Or maybe he's a pillar of the community (or thinks he is) and wants to make an example out of you. Who knows. But it ain't worth it to just roll the dice with a judge. Always get a GOOD attorney. Even for this hobby. That's my 2 cents.

I understand that money in exchange for sex is illegal in Michigan. My question is regarding Massages. If you show up for massage / body rub how is that illegal? Paying for massages is not actually illegal so how is it considered illegal (at least for the person receiving)? I guess they could prove a pattern with the SP and bust her / him but I don't see how its illegal for someone to show up for a massage.

So if one were to get busted in some type of sting what is the legal classification:

LE has a big bag of tricks. They can charge you with a ton of crimes, one of them being "loitering with intent to solicit prostitution." Then you can tell your story to the judge.

Is this a simple misdemeanor with a ticket and fine?

Or is this a felony including being cuffed and stuffed into a cop car and locked up requiring someone to bail you out?

Solicitation is a misdemeanor in most city / states. In most cases the solicitation charge will be reduced to a BS charge like disorderly conduct, trespassing, etc. In some city / states like Oklahoma it's a felony to solicit within X-amount of feet of a church or school. And in Phoenix you will do a mandatory 3 days in jail. It's really just a slap on the hand in most metro Detroit cities (except Warren) $900 plus towing to get your car out of impound the 1st time, $1800 the 2nd, $2700 the 3rd, and so on. About $500 in court costs (do not get an attorney, you don't need one. Especially one of the Vultures that work or hang out at the court) Yes you will be cuffed, and may or may not be stuffed into a cop car. Most likely you won't be taken to jail.

Can this land a person on the sex offender list? I mean there are stories of guys getting on the list for pissing in public!

This is one of those city by city, state by state things. Every city / state has different laws. Some will throw the book at you and some will slap you on the hand. When I get some free time I will post a step by step of how a sting goes down and what happens afterwords in court.

Cassius Queen took a ruthless face pounding the last few times I've seen her. She advertises regularly on BP and there are a few reviews of her on here, including one of my own. Best part was I was apparently being too considerate, because she told me I need to ram her throat harder. That pretty much did it for me. Price is right, too. She moves around a lot, and can be a bit hard to get a hold of, but well worth it.

The girl in the pics looks very young and the phone number leads to other ads with fake pics but I decided to call anyway and investigate. When I called it seemed there was either pre-recorded responses to what I was asking or there was a man listening to what I was asking and telling a girl to respond. If I asked the wrong question, I got hung up on. For example when I asked what the rates were for a half hour there was a delay and then "It's one hundred fifty an hour". When I asked how much a half hour was I got hung up on. I tried this with my other phone number 15 minutes later and got the same delayed responses, short periods of silence and eventually hung up on. When I tried calling back right away nobody answered.

10 minutes later my first phone number rings. When I answered it, there was a couple seconds of silence, a male's voice saying "hello?" then a females voice asking "did I miss your call?". When I asked "who was that?" I got hung up on.

At best, it could be a pimp poorly managing the phones but at worst it could be a setup for a robbery or a LEO sting.
