Sometimes religious groups will post a pix of a very pretty girl on BP and when you call the number, some lady's voice is on a recorder speaking about religion. I am sure LEO does some of this as well- as far as telling you someone is a ripoff or whatever; very creative indeed. Whatever tactics they can use to curtail this activity. I don't put it pass them!
