I'm thinking it is just a mistake from having a few too many. After all it was.

I really don't understand the "hard returns" thing. (Hitting enter to make a new line every so often instead of letting wrap around do it for you.) Especially if while doing so you're interrupting sentences with periods and fresh capitalization. Is this a common thing in a different language or something? The only thing that makes sense is that people write like this in Korean or something and that's how it comes out after being put through a translation program. I'm not trying to be a dick, I just see it all over the place and no one's explained it to me yet.
