Every one of the arrested "johns" appear to be immigrants and some are relatively young. This only serves to reinforce that experienced mongers and members of this website enjoy a better chance of avoiding something that looks TGTBT.

I saw a sting evolve over several hours last summer (2012) at the corner of Kensington and Sargeant Sts-maybe about the same number of arrests.

Anyone who is smart enough to not jump at the first girl they see right away upon arriving on the scene will likely not get caught. In the case of the sting I witnessed-all I needed to do was make one or two passes around the block and it was apparent what was going down. I saw the undercover vans staked out real close to the corner and that was enough intel right there.

1st clue-looks too good to be true-clean, fresh clothes-look at the shoes especially.

2nd clue-never seen her before down on the K-also never saw her pic on USASG.

3rd clue-did recon and drove around for awhile-it became obvious.

4th clue-RTFF-DON'T EVER stop to talk to a girl through your car window-especially one you never met before.

5th clue-If I have gotten past all that and let a girl get in my car and I don't know her from before, I will not even have a conversation about anything-I will drive away from the area and make sure nobody is following me, then start to discuss terms of business. I will never talk specifics until we have hit the highway, literally.

The bottom line is CAUTION at all times-be smart, be willing to pass up something good when in doubt, and go to extreme steps to avoid being caught up in an LE sting.

I guess the new thing is to publish pics of the johns-that is a genuine deterrent, as no way can you hide that from friends and family. All of these guys look like newbies who maybe weren't even looking hard and got propositioned by a seemingly "hot" girl and all they did was say the wrong thing in reply.

It is a misnomer to call it solicitation of prostitution-I would call it entrapment of stupid ass people. These poor guys didn't even get to commit a crime.

Thanks great advice, even if I have always followed similar steps it is always good to listen to pointers here.

Met Carol yesterday just down the street from the mission. Tall cute long blonde hair girl. 21 years old, probably about 5'9-5'10, maybe 130lbs. She didn't look like she belonged so I first hesitant to stop. Said she doesn't do this often but only when she needed money for something she wants. Also denied that she used drugs although I noticed what looked like some old track marks on the hand. Started out with BBBJ, and she was good at it but it was taking me awhile so I asked her to take off her pants for some mish. She got into position and didn't mention anything about a condom so using my big head I pulled one out of my pocket. Once inside of her along with some sweet sexy DFK it didn't take long to pop. I have a date with her again next week. Definitely worth a repeat.

There was a sting this morn around 5:30 AM just past Castor via Kennsington Ave towards Torresdale. Near the "old" used car sales lot. But kinda behind it. Don't have exact street name. Several LEOs locking up three SWs and a pimp / bf sitting with his head in his hands on the corner. Seems to be quite a few LEOs out early this morn.

Appreciate any intel on a good lookin' WSW spotted in camden on Broadway / Chelton earlier this week late afternoon. 5'7, 120# auburn hair. Dressed way too cute for the street. Like white tights and a purple wrap type top. Missed her as she was swooped but was back on her post in just a few minutes which one might speculate that she was asking top dollar. This was my maiden voyage through Camden and was interested in doing a recon (but always open should opportunity present) there were plenty of SW out of all variety, shapes sizes and measure of cognizance. A few had that hard street edge that you know would by fun but in retrospect and in the light of day, you and others would say really dude, really.
