Based on my experiences with all 3 of the places you have named, I suggest FE as your first choice. All of the providers there are good; so ask mamasan Sue to let you view the tasty morsels beforehand, and make your choice based on the eye candy before you. I've no complaints with any of the present staff; all are good. I'm of the opinion that they all are good providers, and I would be hard pressed to single one out over the other, but there are reports here by others that define each provider's skills in-depth: try searching the database.

Next in order would be Pleasant street, and now, easier to access that the construction has been completed. My ATF favorite is Candy. All of the providers are top-shelf insofar as easy on the eyes, although none are spinners. I am in favor of an older, experienced woman anyway, so the lack of their youth is made up by their experience. A nice, clean place; unlike FE, which is older, and badly in need of a make-over for all of the rooms.

Remember that Mika at 1021 is a legend in her own mind, ever since she awarded herself mamasan of the year, as others here on the forum have mentioned. Unless you are taken there by force, my advice is not to consider going for a visit.

If you have your mind firmly set on a young spinner, now, as pretty much has always been the case, One is where to go.
