The reason they are doing this, I suspect, is to be able to identify their clients in case they are being reviewed on boards like this one. They will also remember your tipping history when you make an appointment to come back.

I totally agree, the times I've been to copper has been for just a good legit massage. I let it slide the first time I got karen because on the flip she bent my knees got on the table and was massaging the boys. When I got her again because she was the only one available, the massage was weak just some rubbing. The rest of the talent there isn't much better although they do try at least, the only good one left is the one that runs the place, jessica. Went to spring massage in Schaumburg this week no appointment just walked in. Lady at the front desk led me to a room after taking my .75 for an h of Swedish and ts.
