Don't know the others but Mika is MIA.

She left Rejuve a while back, almost 2 years now. She went to work for a place in CC. 25th FL- I believe but that lasted only a short time, then she went to Hanabi on the 2nd FL CC. When Hanabi closed in CC she went with mama Hanabi to a small place in Waikiki then disappeared. My last contact with her was around March / April 2012. Too bad. Nice gal, great massage.
