TOFTT Friday night; pleasant experience, unrushed CBJ for her standard tuition, allowed hands to roam freely, FIV but no FIA, doesn't speak foreign languages, usually works and lives in Waikiki. She roams Nuuanu now after five-0 talked to her about citizen complaints that she was stopping traffic at S. Kukui and Fort. I wouldn't expect her to lower prices anytime soon.

For anyone else who might be interested in meeting Vienna, late last night (after 3 am) she was again working on the mountain side of South Kukui Street. She looked pretty darn good compared to most other downtown providers who've recently been available. If she's not visible on South Kukui, a monger might want to also check the Diamond Head side of Nuuanu Avenue from the South Kukui intersection to Nakai Saimin or further, and the Ewa side of Fort Street / Pali Highway up to the entrance to the Longs / Safeway parking lot.

By the way, guys, although it's clear to me that Vienna herself is not LE, it's a good idea to be extra careful around the South Kukui area. Much of that area is within 750 feet of a school, which can be used to increase the potential punishments for soliciting a decoy.

Subsequent to posting the above-quoted message, I saw that haole woman with the "crimpled" hairstyle for a fourth time. Again, she was located on the mountain side of South Kukui Street, slowly walking back-and-forth on the block between Fort Street and Nuuanu Avenue late at night. She was wearing dark-colored boots, tight white shorts, and a top that nicely displayed the outline of her breasts. She made eye contact with me, waved, and gave me at least a half-smile.

So after carefully surveying the area for any LE presence, I decided to stop and have a talk with her. She said that she's originally from New Jersey, and that her name is Vienna (sounds like the famous capital city of Austria, but I don't know whether she spells it that way). Close up, Vienna seemed relatively young (probably in her twenties) and looked reasonably attractive and healthy. If she had the right attitude, like Delightful Debbie who's also originally from New Jersey, I would have given Vienna a try. Yet, as I had suspected, Vienna wasn't my type of downtown provider. She quickly said that she usually won't "do anything for less than $100," and started telling me her various rules. So for me it was thanks but no thanks, have a nice night, good-bye. However, if any other downtown mongers decide to date Vienna, some reports on her performance might be interesting. Maybe her minimum price would be lower and the rules more relaxed for guys who are better looking and more charming than me, LOL.

So when I talked to her I asked her if she needed a ride and blah blah and she is like I'm a working girl how much you want for a BJ, which threw up a red flag for me and during our interaction she kept looking at a van down the street just felt real sketchy to me.

Although I haven't yet stopped for that woman, because she didn't look to me like she had a good attitude, personally I don't think that she's LE. First, I've seen her on the same block of South Kukui Street on three nights within a week, and over the years I've never seen the police use the same decoy officer at the same downtown location three times within a week. Second, when I saw her earlier tonight, out of curiosity I checked the surrounding area and didn't observe any backup officers or police vehicles.

I have seen her walking twice in a 24hr period so I kinda agree with RN1. But when I chatted with her she did have the opportunity to get in. But she told me to go around the corner pass People's Café onto Kukui. Red flag and there was a white van with dark tin and a guy in there looking at his phone. But she does do a lot of walking the block though. Be safe mongers.

When did you see her out? May have used different name in past so good description helps. What does she look like, age, height, hair long & color, etc? When is she usually out? Plenty skinny haoles worked DT before so description helps.

For any downtown mongers who may be looking for Jolene / Cherry, the locations at which I've recently seen her working are (1) the mountain side of the two-block section of North Kukui Street that's between Nuuanu Avenue and River Street, and (2) Maunakea Street between North Kukui and Zippy's (now closed for renovation). Sometimes I've seen her working in the late afternoon, and other times she's been working at night.

During late Friday afternoon, Jolene / Cherry was working at two additional locations: (1) sitting with another female provider (whom I didn't recognize) at the front of the Mililani Downtown Mortuary building, close to the intersection of South Kukui Street and Nuuanu Avenue, and (2) walking on the ocean side of the block of North Kukui Street that's between Maunakea Street and Nuuanu Avenue. She looked cute with her parasol.

(I don't remember the price, but I do recall that I thought it was too high.) She showed no interest in reducing the price. So because of her depressing personality and the price, I didn't date her. Day mongers, there's a new provider working as a streetwalker (or sitter) during the daytime in the downtown discount area. Her name is Clare and she's a tattooed haole girl in her mid-twenties who's originally from the mainland. She's of average height and medium build. So far the most likely places to find her in the morning and afternoon are on River Street near North Kukui and on North Kukui near River Street. She's sometimes been mingling with mahus, but she herself is female.
