Saw her today and it was a horrible experience!

Made the appointment on Tuesday and I confirmed Thursday night. When I arrived, she was practicing out of a tiny 5x5 room with no toilet or sink. When I asked to use the facilities (after driving nearly an hour to get their from work and fighting traffic). She informed me she had none available and she suggested I go elsewhere and that just really rubbed me the wrong way because besides the lack of facilities she had a major attitude about the whole thing so I left frustrated but luckily I had a UTR provider that I see in Tewksbury that was available so at least I drove home "happy".

So again, stay away from this provider!

I agree with many of your points. I have been with 4 of the ladies there and any of these four would easily be on my tops list. I was a recent victim of their overbooking. This was when Mia had asked if I would try Jenna. I agreed. Called back to make the appointment. Spoke to Jenna herself and made the appointment for an hour later as I was on my way. Arrived 5 minutes early and was told by the male receptionist (new) that I should return in an hour. Some one else had picked off my appointment. Mia was not there and Jenna did not know who I was. My guess is that the walk in impersonated me and took my spot. I later read in a review that I did not miss all that much.

They only have two rooms so chances are walk in are not going to get in given their popularity. So call and make an appointment.

I dunno, I've been there with almost every girl there except this new Jenna girl and service has been great every time. The bait and switch wouldn't bother me much since there isn't better around. I also think its over booking and prob not an intentional switch.
