I am an out of towner and have been reviewing the posts from this site for several months. Had some free time today to test the waters and ran down Patpsco into Brooklyn area. Saw several out and about but didn't sample. Coming back up, ran into suspicious car dropping two off near Salvation Army. Several Parked but occupied vehicles on adjacent streets.
