The BCPD knows the shootings are gang and drug related. They also know mongering provides money to addicts who feed money to the gangs. As previously pointed out do not be surprised if mongers get targeted in the crackdown that's coming. We live in two different worlds from these SWs who are sauced on drugs to escape reality. Most of us would hope they would be able to see the benefits of using a cell phone and managing its usage, but they appear to be incapable of doing so. In other words they fritter away their minutes and are not able to plan ahead. Hence the problem. Their priority is to spend their money on drugs, not a cell phone.

I finally had the chance to hook up with Jessy aka Debbie this morning after days of playing the texting game.
