We live in two different worlds from these SWs who are sauced on drugs to escape reality. Many of these girls are badly addicted and have been for years and the damage done may be irreversible to the point that they are no longer capable of cognitive thinking, problem- solving, and otherwise being responsible.

Most of us would hope they would be able to see the benefits of using a cell phone and managing its usage, but they appear to be incapable of doing so. In other words they fritter away their minutes and are not able to plan ahead. Hence the problem. Their priority is to spend their money on drugs, not a cell phone.

Amber was out most of the day today on Wilkens. Earlier in the day she had her hair in pony tail sitting usual spot, later had her hair up. She has gotten really thin and has to wear a lot of makeup to cover the coke bites.
