I would add to this with only one exception: $50 / hh tells me its a FS joint, and $40 / HH (or less) is a HJ only place.

I've never been to a HJ only place that charged more then $40 / hh and I've only once been to a FS place that charged less then $50 (jo joi)

Also, I've never paid more then $100 tip for FS with one exception, which is the one time I went to a vietnamese place and the not hot girl asked for $160 for FS which I was not pleased about. Being that I'm a FS type of guy (don't care for HE or self service since I can do that myself for free!), I don't like to waste time on non-FS joints.

Drove by a new place off Brookhurst by the 405. Its in a strip mall by the two Arco's (thats enough of a clue).
