Loved the report and it is true, it's a great spot. I sure hope I have time to stop as I blast through home this week. If I was made of money I think land of the mid-night sun (summer) Tropics (Winter). Good chance I will rot in Providence so thank goodness for spots like 1021!

After the flip Happy took great care of me and was borderline GFE. After a variety different types of fun, I finished and she cleaned me up. I gave her the standard 140 tip and she thanked me with a smile and a peck on the cheek. When she walked me out of the room, Mika intercepted me and wanted to make sure I had a good time. It's been a while since I've been in the game for a variety of reasons. My last mongering was up in Toronto with a fine little spinner named Penny from Sassy Angels. Let me just say that if you get a chance to travel to the great white north, Toronto is a monger's (even for a novice like myself) dream. The selection up there is second to none. Anyhow, I digress. After texting briefly with Amber from Pawtucket and not hearing back, and then considering Kayla but taking pause given Prometheus77's experience I decided to go back to what I knew. Off to 1021 it was.

I've never had a problem with Mika, but I'm also not a frequent visitor. In times past I've seen Penny, Tina, and my all time favorite Cony at 1021 (apologies for the lack of reports, I'm going to ty to be better) and always left very very happy. This time would be no different. When I got in, Mika acted as though she remembered me, it's possible, but it's been a long time since my last visit. Anyhow, she showed me to my room and promised me a good experience. Happy walked in and I was not disappointed. Difficult to say what her age is, but I'd say she wasn't young, but definitely not old. I found her very attractive so age certainly wasn't an issue. She was all natural and had an average but very feminine body.

After the house fee (60) was taken care of, it was off to the table shower. Soap, water and hands only with attention paid to all the right places. I do think that would be met unenthusiastically unless of course the donation was increased. $ is the final arbiter with these girls. I am curious as to what you tip there for oral services though.

I use to be a strictly HJ only guy but found roaming and clothing options very limiting. Several spas I know its a split and FS is UTR. I had been to OS twice berore the shut down for HJ only and paid. 8 Tip but had full access to a total undressed provider. I do admit that once you go FS or at CBJ its hard to go back to a place like Lily's. Last time I went there, had sunny and was dying when I left for more intimate action with a fully naked little spiner.

Made my first trip back to OS since they re-opened. Went on a busy afternoon and it was a bit tough finding parking. Once inside, I climbed the stairs and was met by a very thin spinner. Bebe, I think? Sorry, I'm bad with names. Anyway, shower was busy, so she started with an ok massage. Then off to the shower, which was only ok. Back to the room where she proceeded with a very hard and, at times, painful massage. I told her to dial it down a bit, but she kept slapping me in the ass and then kept going. It was very uncomfortable. I know I have some tight areas but I wasn't sure I'd even be able to walk out of there! So after a very unpleasant massage experience the ST began, which, itself was odd. Reporting publicly that a provider is giving non standard extras at a standard service spa leads to several different things. Papasan needs to worry about higher scrutiny by LE and the mongers may start requesting her en mass, resulting in the other girls becoming jealous. Both of which can result in her being sent away prematurely. You are viewing this from another area. This has happened in the past, and some of us don't want to see it again.

I enjoy spending time with Hannah, not because of her skills or any extra, I just enjoy spending time with her because it's an escape from reality for an hour and she puts me at ease. YMMV, and I would never discourage anyone from making a post that was purely based on massage skills, but when other services are insinuated (or outright posted) regarding a standard service place, the poster needs to be educated.

So the assumption is LE has a special arrangement with these spas whereby there is a quid pro quo where they are allowed to give handjobs and it is okay to write about them endlessly here but God forbid something is written about roaming or kissing then the Providence Police have all this extra time on their hands to make a special visit and reprimand the establishment for allowing some groping. Additionally does everyone really think that by writing that you had a visit with a girl and had a nice time but insinuate that more details can be had through the pm system somehow fools LE? The very premise of this suggests that the "extras" are going on there and LE would then basically have the same intelligence. Because of course the intelligence is only the precursor to making an eventual arrest. As far as intimidation that of course can be brought upon by LE at anytime however there is obviously a prearrangement involving an agreement between political / law enforcement / spa underground levels involving $.

In my opinion the reason these spas limit themselves to the "standard service" is because they have made a business decision to tap this niche market of men who are content with this level of service and roll with it to their own lucrative end. Everyone knows that if you went to One Spa and asked for the standard service it would be frowned upon as the girls are there for more advanced activities and the respective amount of $ that comes with it. To think that the Providence Police have a list of spas and that some are allowed different levels of extras is ludicrous. And again I reiterate why would they agree to allow all of you here to write endlessly about receiving illegal HJ's and be ready to roll on down to the spa and issue a shutdown warning due to reviews written about fondling and roaming. The arrangement between the Police and spa being allowed to operate is about $ pure and simple. As Jackson often states LE in any given community is already well aware of who the streetwalkers are, which massage parlors offer special services etc. The reason why Hannah is still there after 8 months is simple. Guys continue to ask for her. And part of basic spa 101 will always be the fact that some girls will be more popular than others and be requested more. It is unavoidable. This cannot be controlled by spa management although they will try and persuade customers to see other girls to level the playing field for their girls. It does not make sense that a girl who becomes too popular will be sent packing so that the other girls will not remain jealous. It makes more sense that a girl will be sent home because there aren't enough customers who want to see her rather than the reverse. It doesn't make any business sense.

Now I will agree that these spas want to maintain their "standard" level of service but I believe it has more to do with maintaining their niche market and not driving some of you away who may not be happy with a place that might offer FS for example. To each his own and every place has it's own special value to individuals. I also think that some members here believe they have woven themselves into the spa managements inner circle but may be sadly mistaken and should remember that the spa hierarchy values them for the amount of $ they bring to the establishment and although they may be friendly they are a very tight knit group out for themselves. As you state I may be from another area but trust me I have been intimately involved with the Providence spa scene for a number of years now and am not naïve to their methods or motives. Again I believe no matter how much we try we cannot control which girls stay and which ones go. Remember whenever we get attached to a girl and she disappears for whatever reason there is always another ATF to take their place
