I live in the ATL but come up to Baltimore fairly often. I know a girl up there now (unfortunately in jail) that I knew down here. I have a question for you on protocol. Met a cute redhead named Becca on Washington Blvd and we drove around a bit but I got a hinky feeling with her that she was LEO. Here's the question. Down here in ATL, when SW enters the car, they flash you their titties, and grab your hand and put it somewhere on themselves. Kinda I'd's everyone as non-LEO. Is that the same up in Baltimore? This girl didn't do anything, didn't talk anything except we could go to a parking lot, and she didn't react really when I told her I was taking her back to the street. Thoughts?

Rule of thumb all over is that if she gets in your car she is not LE. LE does not want one of their own in such a potentially dangerous situation. While it is not 100% nor shoud it be construed as legal advice, I have never heard of an LEO getting into a car for such a petty crime.

She told me about that. I'm glad nothing seriously bad happened. It seems her BF came home early. Funny that he would be pissed since he frequently hangs out with her on Wilkens when she is out dating. Anyway, Jackii is usually quite dependable and very good at what she does.
