Took a drive around the south side Tuesday night just to see what was going on. Started out headed down Linc around 11:30. Got up towards the low 20s and saw a LSW walking east. There is nothing illegal about giving someone a ride, so if you don't make an offer I am not sure what they would charge you with. We can't make this hobby 100% fool proof, but we can reduce our exposure. If the pick up happened on North Ave that was probably another mistake rather than having her walk around to a side street for the pick up.
