Posts: 19Yeah. Get her to Crackers Open Mic Night
I very rarely post. But your comment made me smile. I also remember one of my first visits to the establishment on 40 across from the diner, and later near the bowling ally. I was also a sprout and newbie to the hobby. I was plenty nervous and certainly didn't know what to expect. But, when we settled in our room and she directed me to kiss her "below the belly button", I thought I had hit gold. With those two establishments, and the one in Clermont, my meager pay checks didn't stand a chance back then.

Posts: 2114There is no such thing as equal justice
While I don't have it in front of me right this minute so I don't have the exact wording, the statute covering prostitution says any person that performs, or agrees to perform, a sex act for money is guilty of patronizing a prostitute. So, by the law's own definition it would seem any cop that offers sex for money (female le posing as SW / escort / etc) or agrees to pay money for sex (male le posing as a john) would be guilty of the same crime as those they arrest for that very same crime. The statute does not say "except for cop decoys."
Another example of there being no equal justice is the Bisard ordeal. Seems at the very least he is guilty of vehicular manslaughter driving drunk while on the job. The blood test proved he was drunk but with his buddies bungling the blood draw it looks like that won't be admitted. Now, had that of been you or I, I bet the blood draw would have been perfect and we would have been in jail since that very day.

That doesn't mean this sort of thing can't be carried to enough of an extreme that a judge would dismiss a case. Just that none of that is proscribed on the face of it. The objection to the Carmel actions was ethical, not legal; with the big deal made over sex trafficking and slavery, supposedly what they were after (the money was just gravy) , getting women to perform beyond the minimum attention to the genitals was seen as insensitive. (Though it's really nothing of the sort; it's really an indication that they don't subscribe to their own propaganda.)
Traditionally, policewomen have been much more reluctant to disrobe than males, let alone engaging in physical contact. But no, nothing prevents them from doing so. Showing Your Tits is a time-honored street trick, but it's no guarantee. Cigarettes is a new one on me. No. They can provide you heroin if they see fit. Cops can pretty much lie about everything, and do anything that doesn't increase the level of criminality, though they seem to be forgetting that one occasionally.
Reminds me that as a sprout, in my third visit to the cathouses on US 40, I saw a new woman, and went to an upstairs room where she wriggled out of her clothes and laid down on the bed."Give me a kiss, honey," she said. I went to plant one on her."No, no, not up here!" she said, slightly horrified,"down there!" There was, apparently, a conviction that cops wouldn't eat pussy, although that might have been less a legal idea than a practical observation.

To all of those who know the law better than I do,
Holly B. Claims that if I bring her cigarettes that somehow proves to her that I'm not Leo? She also claims that if she shows me her tits right off the bat that proves that she's not Leo. I don't beyond a reasonable doubt believe either one! Am I being too paranoid?
Any thoughts?

I can see the first flaw is that LE is already crossing lines we all assumed they couldn't. All experienced hobbyists have heard of LE accepting play up to the stopping point of coitus. The Carmel reports for AMP sting show that they will accept handies up to the point of HE. There seems the lines have been blurred as to what they can do. The other flaw is that nude pics can be faked with tremendous accuracy. With software I could make a picture of your revered mother riding a the Pope reverse cowgirl.

These supremely masculine public servants were able to think of baseball and other distractions to stay pure and not achieve an erection. I am amazed at their job dedication. As young boys dreaming of being LE, FF, or cowboys it must have been their goal to be pure and chaste good guys in white hats. They must have spent years training themselves to be repulsed by a strange woman's touch. They patterned themselves after Greg Marmalard in Animal House and were able to stay soft as a wet sock when there girlfriend touch their naughty parts.
My plan is to flood Indy with hundreds of verified providers. They can March in a parade so that everyone knows that they are of age and acting of their own accord. When the public sees that the strawman argument of child trafficking, drugs, and exploitation are just frankly bullshit, well. OK well they still won't care. I would appeal to the journalist to just honestly report that some horny men were trying to get laid by willing female small business owners. Those currently targeted are just trying to fulfill needs. It seems that society must prefer that men have affairs with mistresses. So if I have a favorite lady can I have an affair with her and give her gifts like I would a wife?
I am going to be more cautious but this will only change the game plan not the game.

Posts: 5O I agree I don't think they would make them post nude pics either. She is new and only 1 review but not much info other than that. Probably wait to see if more reviews and try to see her after the 500 in June after trying to feel her out.

Posts: 157One way a known provider could clear her name is by updating her pics, post supposed arrest. Nude pics would be even better. That proves COPs aren't in control of the profile. I don't think cops would make a busted lady pose suductivly in the nude to keep appearences of a provider controlled profile. But with these pigs you never know!

Hello Gents,
I happened across a Cutie (pics anyway) on CL before the post was flagged. Has anyone seen a lovely blue eyed blonde by the name of Holly B? She claimed to have reviews on aNotheR site, but I didn't find any. She looks EXTREMELY hot so I imagine it's TGTBT. Call me Mister Curious!
Happy Hunting.

Any of you guys got info on Shaysizzle? The only profile I can find is on aNotherReview site and she does not post on BP. I can not find her profile anywhere else. With all the recent events I am quite skeptical of her however her profile does have a a nude face pic which matches her other face pics. I would imagine most undercovers would not go nude to set up their profile. Any info would be appreciated.

A few thoughts, offered as always as my opinion, not legal advice. And, as always, if you get in any trouble following them you can have your money back.
My suspicion, just a suspicion at this point, is that "Kandi" was never real. That forum over there is full of stories of her trying to find a mentor, or agent, or something; I don't quite remember how it was described. But it brings up a point: there may be an effort underway to make felony solicitation charges through requesting doubles, looking for agents, or whatever. If so it certainly skates on entrapment, but then the point might be to bring the charges and see what develops. I have recommended to friends that providers refrain from booking doubles at all, and suggest to trusted clients that they should make all the arrangements themselves. Refrain from anything that even suggests helping two other people break the law, or arranging for two others to meet.
The Fourth amendment protects against excessive search and seizure. Police making an arrest have a right to seize incidental items (that is, items on your person or in your control). That did not use to grant the right to use the contents of such a search without obtaining a warrant, but the combination of the ubiquitous and maddening cellphone with the last thirty years of "Throw them all in prison" mentality has changed the equation. The question of whether police can use information found on your phone is now moot. The Court, God love and preserve them, has punted the issue for now. In Ohio it is illegal for police to use your phone without a warrant. In California (thanks to a court decision and a Jerry Brown veto) it's permissible. There's been no decision in Indiana, none that I've located, anyway, so it's probably safe to assume that if you're arrested the police will help themselves to your information. Do you really need to carry your regular phone to dates? Or any phone? If you need an emergency phone get one, and keep it free of incriminating information.
Likewise it's becoming obvious that IMPD has greatly increased its efforts to get arrestees to volunteer access to phones and other accounts. You are not required to do so, on Fourth amendment grounds, and you cannot incur any penalty for failing to do so. These two tools have greatly increased police power.
If you are planning to do anything for which you might be arrested you should change your mind unless you are prepared to be arrested. You have the right to remain silent. Invoke it. It's absolutely in your best interests to do so. Understand your rights. Understand what facing a Class A misdemeanor with automatic diversion means. Don't just be safe, or careful. Be smart.

Posts: 392Good points my friend. With a couple or more of my other friends down now from LE actions, it makes me wonder how much risk management I want or need to partake. Now it seems like I'll just go back to getting take-out from strip clubs. Fortunately, I get to travel to other areas that are more open, but locally it's getting too difficult.

They did that because your IP address is oddly the same as that Kandi that you reviewed, just saying.

I want to run and start a new profile in a situation like this. However I will just practice more diligence and discretion. FF has set of steel to stick his neck out. Kudos buddy. I am reminded as to why you can never get complacent. We all need to watch new profiles of new hobbyist or provider. If a woman screens you poorly, then she screens all poorly. While trusting established ladies is a good start that doesn't guarantee safety. I can only wish that LE would devote more time to the streets, truck stops, or legitimate child trafficking. My feeling is that there is little to no real child trafficking in the Midwest. It sounds good in the news articles as a stated purpose for the use of resources.
We all know that there is real drug trafficking in our wonderful city that never seems to result in reports. It is also clear that the hobby has many different levels based on price point. In this case the high end is under attack. I can only assume that is because some prominent names may come to light and big stories could result from this approach. The Gov or his kind may temporarily damage the hobby locally, but what damage will be done to convention business. We all see the increase in ads when an event comes to town. Since Indy is working on more convention business I can't help but wonder if organizers are realistic about the attendees desires to enjoy their visits. If Indy has a bad reputation with visiting ladies it will trickle up to those who make decisions about booking events here. Good luck getting another Super Bowl.
