I have been the victim of many flakes since pursuing this little adventure. And it has been a source of great frustration. I am certain that I am not the only one. So to help myself as well as my brothers out.

Hi Revvo. Love your posts. While I do not disagree with this post let's look at it from a slightly different perspective. In the sugar bowl you are a salesperson. You are selling some girl on the idea that your goods are better than the competitors goods. In this post we are only talking about SB's. Not SW's, Strippers or Escorts of any kind.

Sales Call. Any part of the process prior to a Closed Sale.

Closed Sale. An exact time and date has been set for a M & G. This may be a coffee date or a motel date, car date, doesn't matter. Anything short of this is not a closed sale and so no flaking can occur.

Cancellation. The SB makes contact in some form to change the plans of the Closed Sale.

Flaked. The SB did not arrive at the destination at the agreed upon time and place. And there was no official Cancellation. Not even a one word txt.

In approximately 200 M & G's I have never been flaked on once. But I have been deceived about looks or upsold after a meet (another topic) due to poor qualifying. So I consider this a 100% closing rate. The average good sales person will close at 80% to 90%. The over eager sales person will close at 50. What makes the difference?

You send your initial intro letter to 20 pot SB's that are in your league. They are in your league based on comparable looks equality, interest level (personality compatability) or your ability to pay the going rate for the quality of goods and services offered. 7 girls write back to say that you sound interesting and that maybe you can move to the next level of negotiation. Do not over promise and stick to your budget. If you are casting a wide net most likely at least 3 will be slam dunks. At least one out of three will be a true non pro never did this before for real fresh off the farm SB. The other two will be UTR's, pros or seasoned veterans of some type.

Many SB's will answer in some way that may encourage you or say yes to almost any question you ask. It's easier to say yes than to say no. Eliciting a "yes" is not a Closed Sale. It may just be a way to avoid saying no. Many sales people do not pre-screen and pre-qualify enough to have a good close. It's more like a waiter in a Chinese restaurant that doesn't speak english saying yes when you ask if a certain item on the menu is any good. They never say no. Also initial short responses may occur due to txting while driving, being in the company of others, etc. But eventually a real convo must be started. If not just walk away. This is not a flake, just someone who is not interested.

Most girls will do anything to avoid a confrontation with a guy due to prior bad experiences. Not your fault but always keep in mind they are in the bowl because they are not happy about their lives in some way.

After a bit more messaging, txting, etc. You get to the actual live on the phone conversation. At this point you must do 2 things. Create a sense of urgency to meet asap within a take away environment. All decisions are based on emotion coupled with a financial return that equates to the matter at hand for both parties.

Once all this has been established and you feel a date and time has been set you are ALMOST there. Make sure you have an exact itinerary of their schedule for the day in question. Make sure their time is free and clear and only an absolute emergency can change things. Then make them repeat back to you exactly what, when and where they are agreeing to in no uncertain terms.

While this post could go on forever and be far more nuanced I am trying to keep it as short as possible. One more thought. There are 2 main types of guys out there. Hunters and trappers / fishers. I do a little of both. If the hunt does not produce an immediate Closed Sale, then I just set the trap or bait the hook and wait. I just walk away so to speak. I never appear to be over eager if I do not get the immediate desired response. It's much better to appear busy and have lots of choices. Real SD's do not grow on trees. It's supply and demand. I demand and they supply (or not). Either way I could care less. Just present the offer before the girl and let her decide. Don't sound salesy. No bragging, boasting or macho behavior. There is a new girl putting up her profile for the first time as you read this. Get there first, make your pitch, try for the close and walk away if you don't. Then let the call backs begin. Now you are in control.

Obviously this is a very general post and YMMV. Try different intro letters and track your results. Start a spread sheet and keep good notes. Build your pipeline and even make dates YOU may flake on (just cancel by txting). If your pipeline is big enough you could never meet all those girls anyway. But it looks good on your spreadsheet.

One last note. Always ask for a couple of pics (not nudes, just regular pics) and reply with a couple of yours (not bare in any way) along with a current std report and vasectomy report (if you have one). This will increase your closing rate.
