Royal used to be OK a few years ago. There was a woman who would provide a HE but, as with most parlors, service has declined to its present, dismal state.

NL is right, Royal Foot Spa is a good example of what I was talking about a couple days ago. There were actually a few providers who would give HE, and all of them gave excellent therapeutic massages as well. As good as I've ever gotten, even from "legit" therapists.
