This is not an employment check, and in your references checked out they should have no concerns. To provide them with this information is a recipe for disaster. I know of some legit providers are starting to ask for much more private and verifiable info, and I know guys that gladly do it and don't have a problem, and for the most part those guys would not have any real issues if they did. You have to determine your own level of comfort in what and how you will share. I have only had to show an I'd twice in all the years I have done this, and then it was just a flash, and you have to explain the name change. Her ad did say that she checks ID but did not say that you have to send a picture of it, I seen other providers that did check my ID during the first visit but no info was recorded so I will ask politely to go an other route if not I'm going to pass since I don't want my info to be put out ther not knowing where may end up.
