I have lived in the Orlando area for 12 years, and have been underwhelmed by the competence, professionalism, and integrity of law enforcement in the area. Especially OCSD. Well, they are at it again. With the recent spat of prostitution arrests several days ago, they added a new charge to several of the girls. One that I had never seen applied before.

Illegal use of a two-way communications device. FS 934. 215.

I looked up and read the statute. It is all of two sentences long, and the typical fifth grade student would not have a problem understanding and applying the statute. It only applies in the commission of a felony. Prostitution charges are normally misdemeanor level, and the cases I looked at were misdemeanor prostitution charges with the added felony charge. So I ask myself, is a grade school education even required by Orange County Sherriff Department?

I am adding this to my growing list of inept, corrupt and illegal practices by local LE.

If you're caught multiple times for prostitution, doesn't it turn into a felony? Habitual offender? Which would warrant the illegal 2-way communication charge?

I took my chances and had Kelly over for an outcall. She looks similar to her pictures just a little heavier but not bad at all. She has a full figure and knows how to use it. Everything is covered but has excellent oral skills and was a wonderfull time. She has a driver but I did not know until I told her good bye so that is a non issue. i am aware that the vast majority of references to **** girls are legitimate attempts to warn other fellow members about how easy it is to accidentally pickup an **** girls, the potential dangers of being caught with **** girls, etc. however, past discussions in the forum has repeatedly demonstrated that the subject simply cannot be discussed intelligently, in any form or for any reason, without being misinterpreted, and without starting flame wars.

Man what's up people.

I heard some of you guys are getting jammed up or are new to the game.

Well, I am here to give you some tips for my x amount of years in the game.

Rule number 1 Do not love providers.

Rule number 2 Do not love providers.

Rule number 3 Follow rules number 1 and 2 and you will be alright.

Now let me get serious. The first mistake a hobbyist does is slow and down and talk to a girl. Na brother, never be thirsty or anxious because that is a bad habit. If you can see her in her dress that is 4 sizes to small. Le saw her already.

Number 2, chicks introduce you to "other chicks". Let me explain this because chicks are selfish in this game. They will say its all good to see their girl friend but in reality you got to know how to do it.

For example, Diane (near the sands) I mean she is a street legend, BSW with a big butt. See with her, I always figure out who she is hating on and go see them. She is like that 'craka bich with the big butt". I will say " damn where she be at so I can stay away from her". Diane says "she on 22 man".

The process continues on, I will pick the brain of the big butt girl and etc etc. I always meet new chicks.

The main goal is to mess with chicks that know other chicks, so you never get an undercover cop.

To be honest with you, stings happen when you do something against you're gut feeling.

When you get that gut feeling kicking in, run like the wind for real.

My other rule is go to an incall you decided on like Melody. Unless you know her well, than you go to her incall.

My other rule is putting in leg work, being lazy will get you caught up by Le. Being lazy in this game will get you caught by LE.

That is just a cardinal rule.

If she a new face on the stroll, you want to talk to her first. If the dope boys are talking to her, than you are good.

If nobody talks to her, something is fishy about her.

Lastly, these girls are on street medicine. Do not press yourself. They will always be around due to the street medicine.

I don't care if she says, I will not call you ever again. The street medicine will have her calling back.
