Did anyone happen to see a very attractive brunette WSW, approximately 5'6", wearing a jungle print short dress and heals on Wilkens early this evening? I decided to recon the area and made some wide loops and noticed HEAVY LE on several streets and a certain black Chevy Impala that happened to always be one block from wherever she was walking.
