Picked her up near 122nd. BBJCIMWS. Did not have a place to go. Parked in front of an abandoned house which was kind of weird. Normal street walker rates. Now I know what a gummy feels like finally. Does not have a phone right now. If this was a new treasure I would write a better report but everyone pretty much knows this one and I have nothing new to add.

I've lurked on this site and never posted, and I'm not from the area, but I've learned a bit from this site about local strolls and thought I'd take a drive today about 3:30. Didn't pick anyone up, just wanted to see the selection and what a selection! Turned north on Nebraska off of Busch and almost immediately saw 2 BSW. One was wearing bright orange shorts that were packed with what may have been the hottest SW ass ever. Went right on Fowler and saw older, skinny, blonde WSW crossing Fowler on the opposite side. Back to Nebraska and there's a rough looking WSW with a gentleman with one arm. Are there one-armed pimps in Tampa? Saw another BSW before turning on 140th. Didn't see anything until the first stop sign (15th?) and at that corner is a BSW, dyed red hair (don't think it was a wig), looked very scoopable. Turned right and 2 HSW are strolling before I get to Fletcher.

I did notice our friendly Uncle parked on a side street with a view of the activity so I waited 15-20 minutes and made another run down 140th. Saw 2 different HSW, one older very cracked out WSW, and another blonde WSW that was about a 7-8 on my scale. 30's brunette, maybe 5'5" with a nice body, and probably looked really good until she spent some time doing what she does. I saw her on a couple of passes, unfortunately I also Leo at least 3 more times in that immediate area so no scoop. So much heat that one HSW that I exchanged the look with fanned her face with her hand as I passed. There was one more HSW a couple of blocks north of 140th making at least 14 SW spotted in under an hour. None seemed like decoys to me but my radar's probably not a sensitive as you that are more in tune with the local scene. They were walking and covering ground not camped out in one position, and all looked like they'd spent some time on the streets. Better safe than sorry though and I'll live to scoop another day.

Any knowledge of a WSW that fits my description of the 30's brunette would be appreciated, as would any other pointers from kind local Mongers. Thanks to all of you for providing such good information to the newbs of the world. It's good to know about the local hot spots and possible activities of our very observant Uncle.

I was in Tampa Friday afternoon. Drove Nebraska from Bearrs to Hills and didn't see a thing. Turned left on Hills and saw a WSW running down the street. Looped around and picked her up. This was around 12th. Her name was Kelly. Quick LEO check went to a spot to park. No talk of money just asked what I wanted. She gave a fantastic bbbjdtcim. She knows what she's doing. Again money was never discussed so I gave her. 25 and she was happy to get it.

She looked to be about 40 in the face but had a nice tight body like she was in her late 20's. Dirty blond hair, thin, a-cup. Might have to try FS if I can get back down there next week.

Tried to get a pic but she didn't want to. Asked if I can share her digits and she said sure.

Have digits for senior members and or contributing regular member's.

Thought I'd share a few tips and techniques that have helped keep me safe and under the radar for over 30 years!

1. I never, ever pull over and pick up a girl as soon as I see her.

- true, although if its on a quiet road which is normally not a stroll, its impossible to resist the strange on a nonprovider neighborhood.

2. I almost never pick up a girl the first day that I see her.

- If I want a familiar girl, I'd see my wife LOL.

3. I often park and observe areas where street walkers are known to work.

- I commend your hard work. I'm just not into the hobby that much.

4. I never pick up a girl on a main road or at a busy intersection.

- 100% crucial.

5. I don't go to her room.

- This use to be my strict rule and somewhat relaxed it now. I still will never go to a trap house or house with anybody else in it. I will go to a hotel room where she claims she's the only one there because If you think about it, it can be safer than your car, more comfortable and saves you hotel$ however I'm totally with you about controlling the destination.

6. I do a complete search of my car after every mongering episode.

- 100% crucial.

7. If a girl gets in my car, she gets paid.

- 100% crucial, boy do some skanks look good till they enter the car, I will try to say sorry thought you were someone else or sorry thought you just needed a ride. If she gets slightly annoyed, then I will waste a 5, 10 or even a 20 to get her gone. Most surprisingly agree to step out as long as you don't drive for 5 min chit chatting first. It is true they can find you a decent girl but ONLY if they have a phone.

Yes, I'm sure she would tell them to pull in there. The Jayhawk is set up like a box canyon, one way in or out. If a monger pulled in he could be quickly and quietly surrounded by LEOs. All out of site from the street. But my theory of running shoes now has a big hole in it.

In my experience five dollars is plenty,"I'm sorry, I thought that you were my old friend xxxx, I can't help you with a date, here is $5 for wasting your time." I often pick the name of another neighborhood worker, sometimes they try to help you find the girl who I named! The $5 is like a finder's fee. The girls often just want to earn the money. I read here about workers who are too old or ugly for me to pick up, and guys are telling about how fantastic their experience is with them. They clearly enjoy their work!

1. I never, ever pull over and pick up a girl as soon as I see her.

In other words, if I'm driving down the road and see a girl, I'll never pull over and let her in my car at that moment. Instead, I will look her over as I pass by and circle around for another look. I often circle around several times before I'm convinced she's working and its not a sting. As others have mentioned, when stings are being conducted, the police are always parked out of sight on a side street, behind a motel or storefront, etc. The cop cars are ALWAYS within 3-5 seconds of fast driving from their hiding spot to the place where the decoy is located. They do this to ensure they can get to the decoy quickly in case something goes wrong and her safety is in jeopardy. They also want to get the monger under arrest and out of the area quickly so they can resume the decoy operation. Of course, there are always officers in plain clothes on foot, in nearby motel rooms, parked in unmarked cars, etc, that are ready to assist if necessary.

2. I almost never pick up a girl the first day that I see her.

Assuming I have spotted a girl and have followed the precautions mentioned above, I typically don't pick up a girl the first time I see her. I will pull over (after doing what's described in # 1 above) and engage in small talk with her. I'll ask for her name, say something like "I drive through here a lot and have never seen you before", etc. Most of the time, this conversation takes place through my passenger side window. (We all know that a girl coming to your driver side window is a red flag!) After we part ways, I'll come to this forum and do a search for her name. I can't tell you how many times I've read info some other monger has left warning that a girl is a rip-off artist, nut-case or simply doesn't provide good service. Having the discipline to wait and do some basic research has saved me from some bad experiences, that's for sure.

3. I often park and observe areas where street walkers are known to work.

Most of the more well known areas have stores, businesses and parking lots where you can park for extended periods of time and simply watch things happen. It's often very interesting what goes on during 30 minutes of observing some of the major street corners, strolls, etc. I've witnessed stings being set up and others being executed. I've been able to spot unmarked police cars and many, many mongers who are often violating the basic rules of mongering safety! I've also witnessed street walkers make dope buys from a D-boy and then get picked up by a monger a few minutes later. Remember mongers, if the police pull you over you can bet she's going to throw the dope on the floor of your car. I know a monger who never used a drug in his entire life who went to jail for a year because he was pulled over and the ho threw some rocks into his passenger door storage area. Of course, she denied they were hers and so did he, but it was his car and he was found guilty of possession of crack cocaine. Bottom line: being a successful long-term monger requires discipline, the ability to "see what you're looking at" and above all, patience.

4. I never pick up a girl on a main road or at a busy intersection.

I've seen mongers pull over on Nebraska in broad daylight and pick up a girl that every person passing by can see is a street walker. This is incredibly dangerous and greatly increases your chances of being seen by law enforcement. Experienced girls know that experienced mongers often pull down side streets, parking lots, etc. They are always willing to walk to where the monger is and many have told me that they feel safer doing this because they too don't want the cops to see them getting picked up. To me, a girl who is unwilling to walk down a side street is a no-go. I'm the customer and I'm in charge of my own safety. Thus, I set the terms of where and when she gets into my car. If this means I lose the girl to another monger, so be it. Remember fellas, some of these girls have been arrested so many times or they are so fried from dope they don't bother to do basic safety steps any longer. Many have no real fear of being stopped by the cops. Don't let their careless attitudes put you in a compromising position.

5. I don't go to her room.

I've never done this and never will. It probably causes me to miss some good action at times, but I insist on controlling any aspect of mongering that I possibly can. I'm not knocking those mongers who are willing to go to a girls motel room, but I just won't do it. This eliminates the possibility of me being jumped by a pimp, my car being fucked with while I'm inside with her, my license plate being recorded by the cops while I'm parked in the notel parking lot (yes, they do this. They often run the plate number of cars parked in these lots.).

6. I do a complete search of my car after every mongering episode.

I can't afford family members or friends finding something while they are riding in my car. I've found cigarettes (I don't smoke) , lighters, women's sunglasses, key chains, a cell phone, earrings, a bracelet, a necklace, fake nails that have fallen off of fingers and yes, a small plastic vial with 3 rocks in it! I almost shit myself when I found it. I think the girl was spooked and thought I was a cop. I'm thinking she had the dope in her hand when she got in my car and immediately put it into the "map well" storage area at the bottom of the passenger door. Once we were done, she forgot to retrieve it and I was one traffic stop away from a lot of trouble! Always search your car as soon as possible after mongering!

7. If a girl gets in my car, she gets paid.

We've all had that experience where the girl looked ok while walking, but once inside the car you suddenly realized she was hideous looking, filthy, stinking or generally undesirable. My practice in these situations is to say,"I thought you were someone else. Sorry to waste your time. Here's ten bucks so you can buy yourself something." I've never had a single instance of a ho becoming upet over this. Surely they know that I am rejecting them, but they also seem to respect the fact that I am paying them for inconveniencing them and maybe even causing them to miss another monger who was passing by. I know some mongers won't agree with me on this one, but my thought is that it only costs me $10 to quickly get rid of a mistake. Those of you who've had girls get angry inside your car know how ugly that can get. Why risk a girl reaching over and scratching your face, stabbing you with a knife (many carry them) or damaging your car?

I am with you. I scoured the usual spots and saw nothing of interest.

I just got back from a trip outside the country though, and I have to tell you, I am hoping that good 'ol American commerce can some day catch up to our European competitors.
