Here is the latest. A pretty damn good week.

I'll just add that a gym membership is your best friend. And get a gym membership which has multiple locations if possible. Not only does the gym give you some regular "off-the-grid" time (I always leave my phone in the locker when I'm working out) but you have a reliable place to shower if necessary. It also doesn't set off alarm bells when you're packing a change of clothes with you and leaving the house with a travel bag. In your gym / travel bag always carry the exact same soap and shampoo. This way your FC visit can very easily mimic a gym workout. Women are very sensitive to smells, so if you use the same soap and shampoo at the FC as you would the gym, then to the SO you'll smell like you just came from the gym.

I do this, except I hadn't thought about using the same soap at home. Good idea. Actually I have multiple sets of exactly the same clothes and often carry a duplicate set in the gym bag to change into after the "workout." I also always have a plastic garbage bag in the gym bag to carry the clothes that were present in the FC. It contains their smell until I can get them washed. Some times I've just thrown away a set of clothes in the bag. Underwear in particular of course, but just one of those long single strands of beautiful hair left on your shirt can change your life forever. If you let your SO do your laundry, you'd better get your gym clothes sweaty after a "workout" before she handles them.

What would you say was the most important thing in not getting caught by your wifey?

1. Fuck the wife with the same frequency in the same old way.

2. Be mindful the wife's radar is always on. If anything happens to cause suspicion the radar goes on steroids and won't return to the normal setting. Anything we are ever asked to explain will never be explained to the wife's satisfaction. Her questions are statements telling us her thinking. Every question is a bad sign she is adding something up.

Is marriage a viable institution anymore? I read recently that 56% of children are born to unwed parents in the USA, so that is not the excuse. The thing is, when a relationship (marriage or otherwise) is good it can be really great, but when it sours, we log on to USASG. So I'm wondering if I will opt to live the SB life going forward if I divorce someday? I know some of you are single and seem to be fulfilled by your SBs, yet you don't incur the huge financial penalty if you want to call it quits. Just musing.

I'm glad you brought that up. It was 3am or so and I was struggling to get my thoughts out. So when I say "Take Care of Home First". I mean take care of your responsibilities, make sure bills are paid, grass is cut, cars are washed, don't miss soccer games, etc. Be a great husband in all the other areas and as you said, do the best you can to act normal in the bedroom.

Same up my way. Only police and the courts have access to that info. There are several companies on the web that state they can run a plate, but they're all bogus. Even if a baby had a relative in LE, she would be asking them to do something that is closely monitored, and could in fact get them in trouble themselves. It's a non-issue as far as my research has shown. More likely she finds your registration info in the glove box.

1. Always take care of home first.

2. Have a normal routine where you have alone time (I. E working out, trips, visiting relatives / friends). Work your SB time in with normal activities.

3. Use non-traditional hours for SB time. I've been finding that many just love the 9am-12pm Tiggabounces.

4. Always answer your phone or call back within 10 mins. Also have some times when you are in the house with spouse and she calls and your phone is accidentally on silent. That will come in handy later.

5. Always think in advance about red flags that you could send off and go out of your way to do the opposite.

6. Keep a normal routine at home and a normal routine of affection, compliments and sex with spouse. What ever that routine is, just keep it.

7. Be very careful with your money. I have my own green dot. Also, make it a habit of getting $20-$40 cash back when making purchases. Put those to the side, it can add up quickly and will not raise suspicion.

8. Date your wife, keep her happy.

This is tough. Are you talking LT or ST baby. Short term is easy. Stay as incognito as possible. They never new my real name. Where I lived. Where I worked. Etc. As mentioned before I had an advantage in using a friends house. If LT. Does she have a BF she really cares about. If so. She likely will not dick you over because she does not want to be found out. I have had only had 2 babies that knew alot about me and one is my current lady. So give as little info as possible. If you do not want to fake an entire profession. Choose a parallel profession that you can talk about intelligently.
