Had occasion to stop by the new Refresh / old ABC on Monday.

The place itself is nicely appointed, great WINDOW TREATMENTS and appeared clean. Was given Jasmine, the ultra-senior girl there for my visit.

Jasmine (late 50's. Early 60's, on SS) did a descent TS and I got dumped into the sauna. Where Bi-Bi comes in and rescues me.

It must have been time for Jasmine's nap.

Bi-Bi. 30 something Korean did a fair rub and then it comes time for the proverbial question. Whatyouwant?

I elect my level of service and was immediately asked what I intended to offer as a gratuity. Told her. And she

Immediately tries to upsell twice. GOD HOW I HATE THAT NICKLE AND DIME SHIT.

We haggle and end at my figure and am told to get it out now and to give it to her now, which I comply with, although.

Little dad dropped like a weight during the process.

The rest was SOP, about an hour. Unimpressed. AND I HATE TO HAGGLE. I REALLY REALLY HATE TO HAVE TO HAGGLE.

Sad to say, you are right. Too much of a good thing for NMS. As I have stated in other posts, I have gone there for a few years, and average 2-3 times a month. I have been satisfied with almost any girl, almost all of the time, if I don't specify someone in advance via making an appointment. If not, by and large, the Papasan makes a good choice for me. A few missteps here and there, mainly from a new girl that doesn't know me, which is to be expected, so I make an allowance for it.

But.

I usually give 6 to the girl if service is good; I can't recall ever giving 4. Sometimes I give 8 for exceptional service. But the last couple of times that I went, I drew a new girl, as my regulars have been on vacation. If I get a newbie, she gets 5 until we know one another. But lately, just as Jack A Dogov says, I too have been met with a wry stare, and a pursed lip upon my handing over 5. It never used to be that way. As I stated, I make allowances for mediocre service from a girl that does not know me, but it kind of irks me to have that pouty lip thrust out if she doesn't think I have forked over enough dinero. But, I am going to be hard-assed about it from this time forward. I've contributed enough over the years for the Papasan to have bought a few pieces of furniture in that place, and I am sure that I have paid for a few plane tickets for a girl or two to visit back in Korea. And I don't begrudge the money spent on house fees, nor paying the girl for services rendered, just don't try and make me feel that I am underpaying.

In summation, I have no doubt that Ulie is correct. When you're pretty much the only game in town, and the girls know it, they're going to try and get more. It's human nature. As others have said, if we as a body stand firm, and refuse to pay more, soon enough the girls will get the picture.

And other places are coming alive, and if the trend continues, there will be competition, and then we mongers will be back in the driver's seat!

Just so this report won't be all negative, I will state again in my opinion, that NMS is still the cleanest, and best managed of any AMP I have visited, and I've been to them all before the big close-up.

Haven't been or written in a while. Have been watching the reviews come in over the past few weeks and had a few extra minutes to spare so went to Harmony. I know. Lots of negative comments. But it was close and convienent so I figured what the heck. Arrived before lunch. Walk in. Noone else was inside. Was directed to a room and met "Ginny". Not you average Asian name for sure but happy to report that she was very very attractive. Table shower was one of the best I've had. Hands on action, good attention to details and actually exciting. Good conversation as well. Her English is actually quite good. I skipped the sauna but as I was walking back to the room I saw another young lady there who was dressed in black. Equally attractive. Back to the room where the back rub was actually very good. Perhaps a bit short but otherwise hit all the right spots and was well done. On the turn was asked what I wanted. Prefer a HE and was quoted a bit higher than the usual but I was ok with it. Slow and deliberate and with personality. Hot towel, water and out the door. Postives. Very cute engaging young lady (I'd guess her age but I'd be wrong I'm sure-she seemed young) dressed in a short dress with very little else. Good back rub. Good shower. The negative-short on time, when we were done, we were done. Friendly attitude as I got ready to go. Ginny says she has just arrived and will be there for four weeks.

Paid a visit to NMS again. Called and made and appointment but didn't specify a girl. Instead I asked Papasan to choose someone for me. I arrived to find the lot jammed but one car was just leaving so I grabbed that space. Mixture of RI and Mass plates and I even noticed one plate from North Carolina. Probably someone visiting the area or a rental car but I jokingly thought that it was a long way to drive for a massage. I passed two rough and rather unhappy looking guys who were leaving as I was going up the stairs. I think they were walk-ins that were turned away. Papasan let me in, greeted me by name (which made me think I may be going there too often LOL) and led me to the room where I met his choice for me, Yumi. For the most part she was a great choice. Good, fun, and very playful TS and then to the room. Good hard massage and everything else was nice too. Not much conversation but when she did talk it was in very low whispers. At first I was wondering why but then realized her room is right next to the front desk. We could hear every phone call and every customer as they passed through and there were a lot of both. Since we could hear them, they could hear us unless we whispered. I was surprised at how busy it was as it was past midnight but I heard Papasan tell a few callers that he had a full house and turn a few walk-ins away as well. Anyway back to Yumi, after I dressed I gave her the tip and here's my rant; she counted it in front of me and made a sour face and sighed. Now Papasan himself has told me a couple of times that 40 is considered a good tip and that the girls know this is what they should expect. In my own personal experience if I've seen a girl a few times and built a rapport with her I may give her an additional 10 or 20 occasionally (Sunny at Lily earned this a few times as have a few other girls) but this was after they delivered exceptional service and by exceptional service I'm not talking about anything more than what is normally available at NMS or Lily; they just made it exceptional by knowing what I liked. Two out of my last three visits at NMS, I've seen a girl for the first time and she's balked at the tip and it's becoming annoying. Their service has been okay or good but nothing that would warrant a bigger tip. So I go to leave and there's two guys waiting in the foyer and four guys hanging out on the landing outside. It was almost 2:00 am at this point and the guys outside on the landing were not exactly being quiet as they waited. I was thinking that the neighbors, being already unhappy that NMS even exists, were probably even more pissed about the noise and the late night / early morning activities there. I like NMS but I think I may stay away for awhile. It's getting too busy and the girls wanting more tip is making it not as nice as it should be. 60/40.

It could have been that playfulness with the wrong customers (reportedly undercover cops) by some of their providers that got Lily raided, resulting in their closure. NMS has frequently been hassled by LE, but have stayed open in spite of it.

I second that! Still dream about numerous visits with Sunny. As a matter of fact I still have number and call now and then, can only hope.

Heh heh, I also call the number occasionally just in case. I like NMS but Lily Spa was always was my favorite place. I would love if they re-opened as I (almost) always had a great time there. It would also be great if Sunny re-surfaced somewhere. It would be great to see her again.

Has anybody been to CH since it reopened? I took a trip there last night, and the place was sketchy at best. Didn't go in, as it did not look right. I don't know if this is where it was at before (I am new to the hobby) , but it is in the back of a warehouse / industrial area. Looked like the perfect place to get rolled, so I passed. Any experience with here?

I think of all the places I've visited in the past few years CH was one of the best in terms of comfort, cleanliness and layout. The rooms were nice looking and comfortable and the music was even decent. While I've never been there at 2 in the am I would tell you to venture in. It is worth it. SO

Wondering what the "types" are like right now. I mean, ABC used to be slightly older women, but attractive with big boobs. One was spinners. Can anyone let me know which place I'd go for one type or the other? Especially looking for a place that has the ladies in lingerie, as both of those use to.

Revisited Mimi at NMS recently. This was my second time seeing her and it was almost as good as the first. Started off really good with an amazing and long TS. Very fun and playful. Massage was good too. I asked for hard and her pressure was just right. Everything else was okay. Not as good as the first visit but still very nice. In her defense it was late, she's popular, and she seemed a little tired. 60/40 and she was very happy with the tip. Due to the long TS, total time inside was almost 90 minutes.

Just glad to see that the Moral Crusade in Providence has calmed down, for now anyway.
