Kim Park, CLS and others, I agree there is no question that this forum has its share of jerks. Some guys have taken advantage of the free flow of information found here and exploited some of the providers as well as the Seniors that have furnished the information. But to see this problem as something that only affects this site is IMHO, blind. For every 5 jerks who actually misuse the intel, there are probably 95 guys who behave like "honorable" mongers. Using and abusing others for selfish reasons is not a distinctively "monger" or for that matter a male trait, it is a human trait which most humans are able to resist. Just my observation, but it's no different at work or in your neighborhood in that there always seems to be about 5% jerks that muck it up for everyone else.

So I'm wondering if the same sort of thing that is done in other social arenas would work here. When these guys are identified, and you need to be certain, start isolating them. Share no information, don't respond to PMs, don't comment on their posts unless it's a brief dismissive comment like "RUBBISH" or BS. Can we close ranks and stop these jerks by excluding them without changing the tenor of this forum?

I've read every post dating from the beginning of 2013 and yes, I've noticed a change in direction and tone of the forum. What began as information and experience sharing has turned into grandstanding and boasting. I thought the spirit of it was to support one another and to promote safe practices to help each other avoid LE and ripoffs. Its should go without saying that a true monger appreciates being treated well by these girls and we reciprocate the treatment. I read an earlier post that expressed. The point that these girls are people and shouldn't be judged or looked down on as without them this forum wouldn't exist. There are crappy providers and mongers but I think people who live the lifestyle, on both ends of the exchange get some enjoyment when they don't seek to exploit the other. Sorry for the rant but that's my take. I look forward to sitting back and reading post about experiences again and will wait until I'm known a little bit more and learn a few things before I reach out to seniors again. That's my two cents.

Actually that's been put in place for awhile now. A few strange fellas have backed off since last year that I can see.

Greetings gents, has anyone come across a girl named Zoey lately? I have known her for years, since she was living on eastside & working P. and Conkling. I encountered her by chance while working in Curtis Bay last summer. She gave me cell and address on Spruce st. But I have not been able to contact her and have lost track of her, does anybody have any info on what happened to her?

I spoke recently with a woman who lived in the same building on Spruce. Word is that the skin infections that she has been battling put her in the hospital for an extended stay. She may, in fact, have lost one of her legs. Very sad, as she's a smart woman with an engaging personality. If anyone has more recent information please update us! A lot of us really like Zoe and wish her well.

I am sure that some of the guys on here will not understand what I am about to say, but just because I use words like monger and I am not going to invite any of these girls home for dinner or fall in love with them, there is still a certain basic amount of honor and decency that guys should use even if it is just business. CLS, you have to make the right decision that you feel comfortable with and I am certainly not going to fault you if you decide to keep information to yourself.

I have always been generous with sharing numbers with qualified seniors, but I think that's over. I shared Jackii's with several people who I thought would be responsible with it, but I was apparently wrong. She called me yesterday to tell me about an experience she had. One of those "seniors" texted her several times around 3 AM the other morning, waking her up. She finally gave up and answered and agreed to meet him. They agreed on a cost and what was going to happen. When they got to Tim's he decided to only pay half up front, and wanted more than what they agreed on before he would give her they other half afterward.

I agree that with a girl you don't know that you find on the street that you never pay the whole amount up front. But this girl is known to many, has been recommended by many and is certainly not known as a rip-off girl. She is known as an easy-going girl who is a very good provider. In a case like this it's not necessary to withhold payment. Plus, when you agree on what she will provide you definitely shouldn't withhold payment and at the same time decide you want more than the two of you agreed but still for the same price.

Although she told me who it was I am considering the idea to just stop being so generous with anyone. This isn't the first time that a guy who got a number from me did something like this but it may be the last.

Totally agree with Cls here. I've been too soft-hearted and helped out quite a few folks here in the forum hook up with some real nice gals out there and some of these clowns would then go around and snitch or be totally disrepectful to the ladies. From now on I would stop posting info on new gals and only share intel through pm. Those of you who got my pm know what I am talking about.

Its unfortunate that there may be some jerks in here, senior or not. But that's no reason not to help newbies. You were all newbies once. It thought the purpose of this site is to share experiences and help each other pursue our hobby safely. So once again I refer to my "flamed" post in asking for some #'s. Go figure? We have brand spankin newbies asking to get hooked up and then apparently trusted seniors who abuse the ladies. Is it any wonder why good intel is hard to come by?
