I handle this in different ways. The very first criteria is whether she has delivered what you asked for after bargaining, without any upselling or whining. I once had a CG tell me she did not think she needed to remove her bra (WTF?). The bra came off at no additional cost and she got no tip. Never give them the money till you at least get to the room get the checks out of the way first but always attempt to pay on the back end I got burned by some bad advice up here oh well we all learn.
