Better the rate more likely they have it somewhat together, lower rates usually mean drugs. Or addict behavior, but I know a few that are reasonable for yrs. And still going strong, alot at Va. I think if they stay away from hard drugs they can have a long career. If they get messed up w / drugs, probably 2 years they're hitting rock bottom. I think getting diseases usually go w / the drugs and not thinking that $20 extra for BBFS is not a good long term decision.
