Midtown is Glenwood / Crabtree Area. I've heard the term used a lot.

I have never heard the term "midtown" used by anyone anywhere here, and I have lived in the area for almost 20 years. I would look elsewhere. Where the fuck in midtown? Very funny!

I agree nobody who has lived in this area for a while would say "Midtown". But wouldn't that be a huge indicator that its NOT local LEO or scam and more likely an out of towner that's correctly aligned with her non-local area code? That would be a good thing, not bad, why look elsewhere? Don't mean to be snarky, I'm just saying let's think stuff through before posting.

Actually, the North Hills area is considered "midtown". Although, I would agree, TGTBT.

Maddox is correct. I use the GV app for the iPhone and do not have calls forwarded to my primary phone by default. You can select DND (do not disturb) and all calls go to vm even if you have calls forwarded to your primary phone. Texting works just as well as the phone call feature. Perfect if you are trying to connect with someone like Genny, who is always texting and not using email. I use GV anytime to make "non-standard" calls or texts and when finished either login to the GV website or delete the calls including history using the app. One note, if you use the app and delete the call history, you should still login to GV on the web and delete items in trash if you want all activity to be completely transparent. You got to love technology for this hobby.

This post has arguably the most valuable information which I've ever seen on this board. I've been doing this exact same thing since GV came out for my phone years ago. GREAT advice.

I think this is an excellent compliment. A proven southern philosophy is, we will treat you so many different ways you will have to like some of them.
