Started this morning at about 8:30 am looking for something different. From Bearass sounth to Hills. Saw nothing, except the S. O. Gun buy back progran on Flethcher and Neb. (the vacant gas station). I kept on doing the sweep for a few hours, still nothing.

At about 11:00am, I found Stephany walking north on Neb. I pulled down a side street for the scoop. She gets in and syas,"Go, Go, get out of here." Now I'm scared. We travel south Neb. And make a right on Fowler. I still haven't a clue. Finally she asks me if I wanted to go to her "guy" friends house. She tells me he's a veteran older guy that lets her use a room. After this experience, I just want to get the hell out of there. We drive to a house one block south of Fowler, and I let her out. She asks me if I had some money for giving her a ride. I just asked her to shut the door and I got out of there. I've seen posts about Stephany here before and most have been positive. But under these circumstances, I couldn't see doing anythng but leaving.

After dropping Stephy off I headed down to Hills and once again nothing. I drove up and down Broadway. Nothing. Back to Hills. For one more disappointing ride. Just east of Neb. On Hills, I found Barbara. She had an average SW body, maybe 30 years old but the face needs lots of work. She took me to her incall for a BBBJ (nothing to write home and tell mom about). She continues to tell me that she just got out of jail after another SW set her up. She tells me that a friend of hers came over with a date who happen to be undercover. She got busted, her friend was let go.

I asked her why the weather was so dry and she told me that undercover has been out everyday for quite a while. She tells me that for three days she couldn't make any money.

I have no idea if it's global warming or that time of year. I just see a drought in the area with no end in sight.

Speaking of other strolls, I was on Florida ave the other day and I saw a worker near the projects. This was south of the river near the corner of Broad and Florida. A Latina, young dark hair to her shoulders, not thin but not fat either. She had nice curves, a cute little ass, round medium tits. By the time I hooked back around, she had picked up a black fellow who was nearby her. I passed her up.

I have been seeing jay or Jade I think is the same person. Black female stays off of bears by 275. She is my first black girl ever she has a very nice body have a great personality. There's plenty of chocolate talent in the normal areas. They just don't come out onto the main streets as often, you have to go down the side streets like near waters and you'll find a few but you also have to deal with the bacon (I've only been down that area maybe 3 times and got pulled over by a hoard of cop cars with serious questioning since I live in Brandon twice for my "tint"). Don't really pick them up just cause its not my taste but just picked up Tasha a week or 2 ago cause couldn't find anything else to my liking. She was crazy talkative and a sweet girl. She did a decent pipe cleaning and let the hands roam where ever for. 2. Got the digits if you want them. Oh and I saw a pretty cute BSW with a nice body between fowler and fletcher. I've seen her out walking pretty regularly, think her name's Jade, I actually tried to pick her up today but got out scooped. There's a little bit of irony in all of this. In the past, I used to read the occasional posts by mongers who were worried about sharing detailed mongering reports because of how they might reveal too much info to popo. It was to imply that we mongers were helping the popo out online. Well honestly, I love the post quoted above because it demonstrates how the popo are actually helping out the mongers online LOL!

I had a great trip to Tampa recently. Your reports, pictures, and even map outlines Are some of the best in the nation. So are your ass crazy girls who finger themselves in public! My favorite was the girl attached in my pictures below, Gina. She was crazy (as I expected) , talkin about feds, CIA, God, energy, and other loosely related topics. Will maybe post some short clips of her ramblings in the tampa picture thread later.

Anyway, I saw her several times during my trip and even drove her around to sketchy places (one of which I went into). We did some kinky stuff and one time I did some normal stuff: (ie. CBJ and CFS for 40). At one point, while she was sucking me, I asked if we could remove the cover and before I even finished my sentence, she broke just enough head stride to say no and got right back to sucking.

Gina pulled a fast one on me a couple of times by asking for upfront payment / goods beforehand, and my giving in only led to her getting too high to finish the deeds properly, ultimately shorting me those 1st two times I saw her. The third time that she and I dated, I refused the upfront payment (citing our recent experiences) and that resulted in our best engagement yet, where she gave more than I bargained for, both in terms of time and deeds performed. Never pay her upfront, no matter how much she cries, whines, or even tests you by getting out of your car. Let her cave to the golden rule: "He who has the gold, makes the rules!"

Another thing about Gina is that I heard she is a rose who can have thorns and let me say that is sooooo freakin true depending on what train of thought you catch her in, so be careful. I almost got backhanded by her for slapping a cold wet washcloth on her ass. And about and hour prior to that, she basically put her face an inch from mine and started forcefully lecturing me about how she was not "thin-skinned," after I suggested the possibility in response to her diatribe where she clearly asked me why she might be a person who always gets upset so easily.

Anyway, she can be crazy, fun, and always seems irresponsible. She came banging on my hotel room early one morning and brought a random friend over for them to smoke, just because she remembered tossing her stem in my trash can. Waking me up that early was nothing compared to how pissed I was when she and her big tall TS (?) friend, Bangalang, were smoking in the back seat of my car and going crazy while almost breaking shit.

Boy oh boy, did I violate alot of Jackson's good rules as well as many of my own for this trip. It was a special time for me and I'm still alive though. I got to know Gina alot better (which was my primary goal) , and almost dragged her up to GA for a little while. Nonetheless, I am highly impressed by Tampa's mongering scene. I want to move down there. You guys may not realize how great you've got it, aside from the one biggest flaw that I see which is the amount of traffic and how long it takes to double back when you see a girl.

3) Crime maps and some recent reports here seem to indicate a growing stroll area in the southeast off B-way.

4) And then there's always the occasional arrest. Org report indicating yet some other busy street in Tampa, but not necessarily near the Neb / Hillsborough corridor. A recent couple of reports are centered on W. Main, for example. These arrest locations have to be taken with a grain of salt, however. Some are simply where the undercover made the pick up and subsequent 'pop', but others may be quite some ways away from the stroll before LEO actually pulled the trigger, and this after some driving around with his new 'girl friend' for a while. And yet other 'out-of-the-way' locations in the arrest reports are clearly a BP arrest at a local no-tel, or even a lowly 'rub and tug' at some unsuspecting Provider's home off of CL.

So how about it Fellas, anyone doing a little 'Christopher Columbus' work out there, discovering new worlds to report on? Every major city I'm familiar with the size of Tampa has more strolls and more 'areas of opportunity' than we seem to read about here.

I'll leave you with one last thought if you need a little more convincing. Ever notice how few 'Sisters' there are in the Tampa on-line arrest reports? And I'm talking high quality BSW's, not the Tranny Trash on N. Nebraska. Tampa has a large Black community, and they are just as horny a bunch of M*F*ckers as the rest of us, you can bet on that. There has to be more than just the standard area, I seen not only some shady LEO activity in some areas as well as some girls walking that look like they are out there to get picked up. Good example would be up on north Florida (past bearss) around the area with the cracker barrel and where cody's used to be (now a irish pub I believe?) I seen some fresh meat up there, same with a few over in temple terrace. I also seen suspicious LEO and walker activity on w colombus drive, near "la teresita" (which is a mighty damn good and cheap restaurant if you ask me) and walker activity over on w main street near the projects. Like Rippa stated its alredy known that nebraska is a hotspot but if we want to get something fresh we will need to expand our reports because as of late our famous area has been shriveling up with new faces, if possible once we find new hotspots we will need to start maping them along with scouting the area for LEO and cameras.

Alot of the 'Sisters' I meet in this hobby are at the strip clubs, I mean the hood strip clubs. Most of the ones I've met can't wait to see you outside. They would rather get the sure money there and pay a fee than be outside and have to deal with alot of unknown variables. Yea, there are alot that do walk once they have no choice, but I don't see alot of those like before. I remember when there were tons of them between hillsborough and Mlk going down nebraska. Met some 8, 9's and dimes back then! Also alot of them are on CL posting in the personal sections, I've met a few there too but CL is bombarded with a bunch of spammers now. The latest one I saw when I was out mongering was by neb & Flowler but I couldn't tell if it was a girl or a dude so I passed it up. But yea Rippa, they are out there just not in multiples like back in the day when the internet wasn't booming.

She was paranoid bc my super secret spot seems dumb but I never get bothered there. She cleaned the pipes for. 20 did a pretty good job so gave her a small tip. Wish I started the hobby a few yrs ago, she was probably a real treat back in the day. She asked if I could stop at the Sunoco and give her a quick ride which I was fine with since it was on my way home but when I stopped that crazy * Lana just jumped in my backseat with no warning. I never hit a chick in my life but I seriously considered punching this crackhead in the face. I'm fine giving one chick a ride but I don't want any of these crackheads sitting behind me especially with my work bag in the backseat. Told them both to get out and went on my way.

It's just total luck. You never know when you're going to run into a newbie SW. A lot of times, it's always when you're with family or don't have time to scoop! But monger on mongers!

Made it all the way to 140 without a sign of anyone. Thought it was going to be a cold lonely night. On way out, bumped into Melissa wearing short skirt and fishnets. Although getting mixed backpage reviews, her car dates have always been stellar. Lots of DT and slurped every last drop for .2.

Heading home relieved, I saw a thick blonde at the motel just north of Hillsborough. Almost stopped and gave her money just for standing out in 45 degree weather in miniskirt showing off her tits.

Then heading out Broadway, saw Erin. Haven't seen her in forever! Her short blonde hair is now well below her shoulders. Bright blue eyes. Tiny thing. Doubt she is 100. Would have loved to see her an hour earlier. Stopped to see if I could update her digits since the ones on file were no good. She said her sis sold her phone to a DB.

So no digits. If you see her, will probably think not legal. She says she's 28, and if you talk a little while you can tell she is no rookie in the game. Has been a slight increase of walkers in that area. But many times you will still find nothing. Saw Erin at 56 and Broadway at 1 am. Best shot is probably still late afternoon or evening.
