I found two reviews for a provider with a different name and phone number from the one in the Boston BP ad, but the same pictures and a very similarly worded ad.

Both of the reviewers said that she was not the woman in the pictures, but was just as beautiful. So my guess is that this is an ad for the same provider, who has changed her name and phone number. No way to tell for sure whether those reviews were accurate, or even if they're actually for the same woman.

Dug a little more and found the old Number and a site that listed all the old ads for that number. You can see in the recent ones the pictures she currently uses, and in the beginning in a different name the first ones are of a porn star sunny leone, not sure if the recent ones are of her. So general consensus is, fake pics, but probably cute anyway.
