I've spotted Diasy twice leaving the Columbus / Nebraska gas station around 10:30pm. I was unable to make the scoop. She went into some dark back alley house. Any info on how to scoop her, please help.

Was trying to bring up that you only get a jury of 12 on capital offenses. Anyway, any girl with any sense will now take the jury trial / time on any third offense. The zone exclusion thing kicks in if they accept probation and the banning from certain areas is part of it. As you know a VOP not only reactivates the original charge but gets the VOP as a separate charge on top of that. There's no bail on a VOP and it puts them on the fast track to a year in prison if they keep violating. My advice to them and anyone else is NEVER EVER take probation Take the time and be done with it.

I did not know about the 12 man being for Capital offenses only. I was just attempting to imply things without breaking list rules. Yes, probation just sets these girls up for VOP. It's smarter for them to take the time if they can't stay clean.
