It's the third charge that becomes a felony, but who's counting? Really, it's the third conviction, often there are more arrests but charges get dropped, plea bargains and so on. One of our locals has asked for a jury trail.

Went out today & cruised from Nowatney to Hillsborough. The only one I spotted on Hillsborough was a WSW who looked great from afar but far for great up close. A cruise up Nebraska tonight. Not a lot out. Gail was out s / o 124.
