You really should've broken down the part about How much money would one pay in his typical visit especially the lower part, something like:

Under 50.
50-100.
100-150 (I bet that would be the most popular price range)
150-200.
200-250.
250-300.
300-500.
Over 500.

The same in regards to age of the providers. It's significantly more accurate in increments of 5 years rather then 10.

Under 20.
20-25,
etc.
