Even the best agencies are at risk, don't you remember the high end service that was busted a few years back? Don't think the actual client list came out, primarily because of some of the BIG names on it. I understand why anyone would be cautious about giving personal info, but has anyone here had (or know of) catostrophic circumstances from giving up your real name and workplace? I ask because, as a newbie a few years ago, I assumed it was neccessary to book a reputable provider. Although I don't hobby very often, my name is floating around a few agencies. I'm told the agencies loose the info and create a profile that identifies the client by an e-mail or phone number (neither of which are not my primary).
