I would have provided someone with 5 posts and minimal intel offered with an obvious fake ad, or maybe the address to one of the local police stations, just to say that asking for info without giving any (or at least reading the fucking forum) isn't accepted around here.

GFE and GFE+ varies in meaning. It can be BBBJ, BBBJCIM, Greek, and in some cases all those things depending on length of session and frequency of visitations with an agency. It's true for us it feels like we're paying more for what we'd like to be standard, but with lower costs you get extremely poor quality stateside. Usually you need to ask outright what each agency or provider's definition of GFE+ is. Don't expect answers until you've paid and enough contact to make her feel comfortable has happened.
