CHICO, you can usually find ASHLEY around the Wilkens circle or her exercise rout of Fulton, Gilmore, and Mount, She lives only a block or two from the circle in one of the abondomieniems and has a dog she cares for. You can usually find her most any time of the day, but not before 9am- 10am. Don't be surprised if she asks to show her the money first. I went out to do some recon a few days ago, after hearing about the supposed increase of all kinds of LE presence; which I suppose one would expect with the expensive item holidays coming around. I went out for around an hour or so, about two hours after sunset. In that time, I saw only one potential WSW. I think it was actually the Sherri Cls9637 recently posted about, though I didn't get a good clear look. She wasn't in my usual area, a bit closer to 495 actually.

I mainly explored the W / W loop areas, though I radiated out a bit and did several passes to see if anyone would follow me. I think I got one suspicious look from a LEO at a stop sign, but that was about it. Someone previously mentioned a heavier foot presence and I can absolutely. 100% vouch for that. I saw perhaps three squad cars total, several (or just the same few multiple times) of our finest on foot, and one car that looked very much like an unmarked. This is the 3rd time he's pulled such stunts even when I counseled him to do better. I'm choosing to ignore him and hope he seeks real counseling for his real illness.
