Buried further down under Montgomery County. Not sure if it pertains to Baltimore and that particular article is 2010, but basically they are doing it (at least according to the article). I don't have verification and I don't know if the press releases are 'real' as I can't find them through google and he is the only source - and I'm guessing he is anti-prostitution....so take it with a grain of salt. Was shopping around last night around 10pm in the CB area and came across CeCee. I remember picking her up a while ago and had a decent time. She's pretty with a nice body. I think LE is cracking down on W / W. LEO is everywhere. On Friday around 4p, I stopped on the side of the road in front of the church on wilkens / millington so I could use my phone because I don't give LE any reason to mess with me (except my skin color). When I was done with my phone call, I put my turn signal on and waited for an opening. I was about to pull off, and then LEO stops right beside me and stares at me, then drives off. I think they are looking for any reason to stop somebody. Had I had any girl in the passengers side, including my mother or grandmother, they would have pulled me over and searched the car. Everybody just needs to be more careful and make sure that we are aware of EVERYTHING around us. If we don't see a SW, don't keep circling. LEAVE. If possible, do the phone thing. I've driven those loops thousands of times over the last 2+ decades and I can't remember a single time that I was pulled over for anything like a bogus failed light. But when I do my mongering, I drive like a preacher and I make no more than 2 or 3 passes in succession. If I don't see something that I like, I leave the area for 30 minutes or longer. I've driven everything from expensive new vehicles to $200 POS (recommended).
