I don't know if this is true, but a girl told me that Leo's sister (let's call her Lea) WILL get in your car. She does the sting before you get too far away, and I presume there's plenty of backup nearby.

This was only one ho's story, so who knows if it's true, but she was very sincere and seemed like she believed it.
