I also agree but have a different take on this. We set the rates. If no one were biting on $150 hf, it would go down to $100. That being said, for $150 hf I expect a top notch provider with a top notch attitude. If I arrive at a locale and the product is not as advertised, renegotiate. Unless there is a. 357 being pointed at you (which absolutely can occur her in MA / CT) , we set the market rules, not them (well, most of the time).
