I see that I've been assessed a Forum infraction for the headache-inducing post I made yesterday, which I'll add back in here so it can actually be read. Strange because I pasted the text in from the same document as I'm using now, which used wrapped text. It looks ok this time. Anyway, apologies for the hard-stop abortion below. I invite the administrator to remove that post in the interest of my not being hated too early in my career. Anyway.
Foot Massage:
Nice lady, one of two on staff. Never saw the other. At mid 30s to early 40s, she's a little younger, by decades, than is the norm for that town. Reasonably pretty, too, though her good attitude and job skills probably served to make her seem better looking than she really was. English limited to "shank you" and "shee you shoon" rudiments, but it only took me a few simple words, accompanied by gestures, to dial-in a nice medium soft session that I enjoyed right to the end.
I wanted to remember her name, with an eye towards the future. She tried several times to tell me, but all I could make out was that it was one of those two-part Chinese ones like (Something).Li. If I go again, I plan to call the front desk to ask who's working. Hopefully the other name will be different enough that I can get this same lady again, unless I feel like rolling the dice with the other provider.
While the session itself was gratifying, there are a few things about this place that are less than ideal.
Cover is 70. It's also a Papasan place, if that bothers you. What might bother you more is that the building's in a spot where two one-way lanes of the main drag through downtown merge; it sits on the corner, right in the vee, with 2 entrances, one on either side. If you're local, or if for whatever reason you're not comfortable with being seen entering or leaving, note that the door on the right is a bit more exposed, and visible from a strip mall parking lot. The door on the left is only visible from the roof deck of an upstairs apartment. This afternoon 3 dudes happened to be enjoying the last of the warm weather, so I chose the right side entrance, as nobody in the lot would know me anyway. Once the cold weather locks in, the roof deck won't be occupied, and because the left has no homes or stores, it will be the better choice.
On-street parking is usually abundant except for Friday or Saturday bar nights. Standard tip.

Posts: 460Hunnewell, the place above the tailor shop in Burlington, Wellesley & Revere were all owned by the same couple that were recently busted. No surprise they did. They should have slowed things down a bit.

Did a recon recently to the Mansfield place that advertises foot massage on CL. Did not expect much, but it
Turned out well.
Clean room, nice solid table, unscented oil. (Q: Why don't they ALL use unscented oil?)

EDITOR's NOTE: This report was published with unnecessary HARD RETURNS at the end of every line of text, resulting in the text being incorrectly broken up into separate, incomplete sentences.
There is NO NEED for any report to be written with HARD RETURNS at the end of every line of text.
Solution #1: If you are adding these hard returns at the end of every line by using the ENTER key, then please stop doing that. Instead, simply allow the text to "wrap" automatically at the end of each line when typing. The ENTER key is only needed to separate individual paragraphs.
Solution #2: However, if the unnecessary hard returns were the result of you having pasted the text into the forum from another source (such as a news story), then your option is to either edit out the unnecessary hard returns or don't paste the text.
Please do not post reports with unnecessary hard returns in the Forum. Thanks!

Posts: 178I would not tip at all for diy. Not even a close decision since I could have saved myself 50-80 from get go by simply staying home. LOL

Posts: 460I agree in that a lot of places are going the DIY route. The girls figure they can't get in trouble that way especially with the recent crackdowns.
And they figure they will still get a little more money in the tip.

It's still open and still looks the same on the inside. Rooms that aren't really rooms. Linda was working. Fairly attractive. Got an emergency phone call just as I got there so couldn't stay.

[QUOTE=AsianLPGAfan; 1593295]It has been about 5-6 years since I had any good luck in Needham. That was at the place on Gr Plain blv. Mary used to work out of Aamp Grove st in Newton. Needham &Wellesley just don't seem to make sense for R&T kinda places now. The worry is Newton will totally be there too in the next year or so.
There was a brief period when things were pretty good, last year into early 2012. 60 Dedham and the other one on Hunnewell were both open, about a mile apart. Hunnewell had one excellent lady (Le-Le? Lily?) and two other decent ones. The Dedham St staff tended to be a little more mechanical, and prone to upselling, so I stopped after a couple of visits, except for one day when Hunnewell was overbooked.
Hunnewell was low-key in presentation, but the large apartment building next door, and what appeared to be a day care facility one floor above them, spelled doom. They were both busted, possibly on the same day, back around March. Someone here posted a link to the news story at the time. The busts sent a clear message to other would-be job creators that Needham was not going to turn into a free-fire zone like Quincy seems to be. Since then, agreed. Needham appears to be a dry town.

I recently tried the ninjas at lavender spa. Parking was fine, on street. It's located in an office building with a general entrance. Most of the previous reviews were spot on so I knew what to expect. Place is clean. No table shower. But seemed like it was busy hearing the phone ringing, one monger leaving with another coming right in. The place is small so you can kind of hear the sounds in the main room were you enter the spa.
I drew Stephanie I believe. Not really my type. A bigger lady. Thick but not fat. A little belly from what I think a previous reviewer said was from having a child. I'm not excited about this. But I stay. Glad I did. She gave a very nice massage and is a sweetheart. She kind of has that Sophia vibe from Lexington BW. Very friendly and playful. Overall I would recommend if you are in the area.
60/40.

The Aamp scene has been past peak for several years too.
AMP on Chestnut st across from McDonald's I didn't go back again, I got an excellent massage and some 'cues" and teases but all I could get was DIY w surrounding area assist contact, which I think is total BS.
That is not a rare phenomenon to think you are getting a good finish to just get a DIY. Then you have to decide yourself to go back. My past experiences seem to have DIY outweigh more. Including the return with more "teasing" visits which makes the process frustrating.
The latest place in Needham appears DIY at most.
Maybe when you get your 10th stamped on the card?
Vicky is a kinda pretty for the local standards. Vicky is nice and gives a good massage, yes she is strong too as stated above.
The older lady is very nice too.
Be nice to these folks if you visit.
I the go back there again for the massage.

Posts: 29Clarification of previous post
Bacon Bits: Sorry, when I submitted the post, it originally had a title mentioning which place I meant (Brook) I got a message that I'd been timed out (the Twain factor.) I had to go back, log back in, and paste the body of the post into the template again. I neglected to re-enter the title at the same time, leading to the confusion.
PWH figured it out, so thanks there. PWH: The lady with the expensive-looking eyewear currently at 329 came in with the new spa some time after the name changed. I'm pretty sure her name is Wendy.
