I agree with everyone. Most people that get caught up with a SW / provider forget that the reason why they initially began seeing the SW / or provider was because of the convenience: The ability to get what you want (physical satisfaction) , without the drama, obligation, or significant expenditure of time / money / or effort. Those are the parameters / context of every SW / provider relationship. However, things go sideways when hobbyist bring civilian rules and expectations into a pay for play relationship.

Succinctly put, it is business. Those hobbyist amongst us that are therapists / divorce lawyers do not date clients, just as officers don't date enlisted, and nco's don't date non-nco's = it is contrary to good order and discipline. In fact, this entire discussion reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where Jerry had sex with his house cleaner. After a while, she would come over, not clean a thing, and then still want to get paid. Same scenario with a SW / provider. After all they are human, and who wouldn't take the easy way out? If a guy will pay w / o the play, they will take the path of least resistance and effort and milk the situation. Just my two cents.

While the gesture is kind (if not at least a little self serving) it could leave one's name attached to a court record that surfaces in a MD judiciary court search. I don't think many of us would be partial to our names be attached to some of these girls, especial those with prostitution charges.

I remember her showing me and telling me that when I was traveling that she could not get a ride to the probation office because either someone wanted free sex or BBBJ for payment for a ride or money from her. She was putting forth the effort and did not have the resources when I was not around. That is effort even if failure. But when the effort ended even when resources are presented, then that is pure lack of trying. So CLS, the key word is TRY. And yes if you want to call what I did as a mission, then yes it was a success. Not a long one but still a success. For a few months she was on track but the Dope won at the end of the day. There is no replacing that first love of hers and that is Dope. She said that plainly and clearly several times. I got her mindset away from that briefly and there was another person behind the curtain, but not even help from me or her grandparents could keep it closed from the streets and dope that awaited her with every step.

The three girls that I have helped in my monger years where ones that I saw promise in. Others I did not even attempt to help because there was no glimmer of light. Kiara when she is clear is a wonderful person with so much personality. She often gets shy even at times and shows a side of her that is not present to others. She shows shame and remorse but those end quickly when it is time to feed the beast. Kiara will get clean regardless of if she wants it or not in the near future because of her past actions long before I came along. It will not be of her choice to do so but she knows that and is running 100mph until the time comes. I just hope she does not burn out before she has a chance to clear that mind and body of hers.

So yes it was a success no matter how brief it was because I can say that I TRIED!

What you're doing now is what we call re-investing. You have to pull out your investment of time, money and energy in Kiara and have to re-invest in someone else. You are not the 1st one as my friend Joe Cool is learning right now, and this was not a wasted investment, because she was obviously fun for the moist part, and if she wakes up suddenly she may discover you probably were a high (not needle induced) point in her life. I only met her once, and was amazed of how pretty she was, but I know that spell all too well. You're still thinking linear; as most of us old soldiers do do don't punish yourself for making it through the chaos of someone else's life. Now, go out and find some sweet young thang to take your mind off the drama; carry on.

It took a smack in the face to get me to walk away the other day when she asked me to put a post out there for her that she needs attention. Then afterward telling texting everyone that she needed money for her grandfathers bday to take him out. I then felt sorry for her and gave her money because I know her parents and said we will work it out later. Then the post for her and all the numbers going to her and her making the call of which one she wanted to see. When I texted her, it fell on deaf ears for the first time. Then when I would get a answer it was rude and assholish. She had no problem finding time to meet me to give her money but she had no time after that. Then the major slap was when see called me and said that she has so many clients right now that she did not need to deal with me putting her down and wanting her to change. That when she can find the time for me, that is when I will get it. Until then stop texting her. This is after being with her for almost 3 months. I got twisted into her world of which she has no control. It was all about the dope and were she could get it or steal it. Either way her demons are internal and if you get close to any of these girls, there demons will spread like a infection to you even if you are not the one sticking yourselves with needles. This is such the 3rd girls that I have meet just like Kiara and I thought that I learned my lesson well. Hell I have been mongering since 1984 off and on between girlfriends and a marriage but I still got sucked in LOL. Obvious I did not learn or comprehend and others in here have not read the same book but then the chapters change or we forget what we have read. But that is LIFE! We are not robots regardless of how we put up walls to stop worrying about them and wanting them to be ok.

Even though the time was well spent with Kiara and knowing her life in many personal ways which includes in family. IT was an experience to say the least. But like BBB said, you can not help the unwilling and the unwilling can not help using others because the drugs rule the day in there lives from the time that they wake up until they go to sleep for that brief moment. And when they sleep, that is when they are only like us and our worlds meet.

As this was posted yesterday (10/24/12) wouldn't you assume that it was current? For god's sake, get off of your ass and run the loops yourself instead of begging for info. Two vehicles were described, and you can bet there are dozens more that haven't. Just try to be careful when you are out, and don't do anything stupid. Keep your head on a swivel, as we used to say, and use your best judgement while keepimg an eye out for anything that looks hinky.

I finally made it into the city from western Virginia for the day. Got in about 09:30 and hit Wilkins, Patterson & Conkling.

A few scary looking girls on Conkling. Went back through Patterson (nothing at all) and on down to Wilkins. Hooked up with Jennifer (I think).
