I generally agree with you and BG, but I think that part of the problem, in this case, might be the appointment expectation at MF. Not that long ago, we had a discussion about whether or not it was appropriate to just walk in to MF. The consensus seemed to be that Yoyo prefers appointments, almost to a fault. So, while I agree that money is currency in this trade, as in any business, I also think that Yoyo shouldn't create a double-standard. If you're going to expect people to make an appointment, you should honor those appointments.

How have people been faring with walk-ins at MF? Didn't someone post that Yoyo wasn't happy with walk-ins?
