I don't think you're being cynical, but truthful for the vast majority of the girls on the street. The three lowest life forms on the earth are:

1. Thieves (no respect for you or what you've worked to get)

2. Drug dealers (destroy countless lives)

3. Pimps (we know what they do and none of it good).

Thank you Crofton, met up with Tara last weekend while in town, a quick text, and she responded pretty quickly, and fortunately she was alone at home so she gave me her address and went right over. Getting back from vacation has been fun at all. Vacation was to be a relaxing time and had hoped that upon my return, people would have stepped up to carry the load. Afterall, we live in a time sensitive society where everything needs to be done immediately, when it is YOU that they rely on getting it done. When the burden falls on THEM, it amazes me how everything can wait. So I have returned with everything that was to be done while I lavished myself in the sun drinking mojitos, still there waiting to be done.

The LE presence still seems strong out there and the loops have seemed to me very bare. I have witnessed LE in plain clothes hiding behind vehicles on the Conkling loop, a painters van with a ladder rack loaded we LE over in Dundalk, and the ever present white and blues parked on several corners through out CB / B along with AA County pulling people seemingly getting to close to the Budget. So I figured I would keep myself focused and go about my work.

1. Glad you don't have to go to Afghanistan and you get to stay here nice a safe in the United States.

2. The sad reality is that most of these ladies have a serious drug habit and they're forever looking for their next hit. It warps their minds so much that they're probably afraid to leave these loser, abusive boyfriends because they think there will be some sort of bad consequences. Sorry to hear that shit, because I have a clue who that may have been.
