The way I always looked at it is that the providers who advertise on BP are under the BP section and all the other escorts, which include UTR's are under the escort section. I looked at the general section as more like a non-escort specific advice section. (ex."Rules For Mongering". Possible LE stings. News publications on the hobby, etc.). Any thoughts?

Well it would seem to me if they're truly UTR, then they aren't Escorts.

To me UTR implies you would need to know someone who knows them, otherwise no one knows of them.

But maybe it is me who is wrong and not you.

If I knew of a provider that was truly UTR, I would post about them in the General section.

Because if they were UTR, the wouldn't be a BP girl or an Escort.

Nowhere on previous posts did it say UTR for either of these girls until your last post. The only chick mentioned as UTR on any of the previous 20 to 25 posts in Brooke. Secondly, Eliza isn't really UTR because she's on Indy's. Get your facts straight and if someone is truly UTR, say that in your original post.
