As for the trial, we're just going to have to wait & see how this all plays out.
We can speculate on how the trial & other things may go, but it seems surprises always come up, making things go other than what was anticipated.
I'd like to see her beat the charges (unlikely) & that none of her friends or supposed clients testifies against her (highly unlikely).
Her biggest challenge may come from the IRS for tax evasion.

One of the items that I had read on a blog was that the cops were going to try and scrub the list keeping their people off it along with some of the better connected. It has been mentioned by a defense lawyer that if the full list isn't released (which obviously the defense lawyer has) they will use the names 'ommitted' at trial to deal. This will force (they are hoping) to either make the whoe list public or force them to deal or be embarrassed. No idea if it will work but it seems plausable.

What seems to me to be unclear is how are these guys deemed to be guilty. Just because they are on a list somewhere does not prove anything to me. I think that is also true of some of the lists.

The 'Johns' are charged with misdemeanors, If me I'd quietly pay the fine and move on. Maybe there will be community service but normally you aren't jailed for a misdemeanor.

I wouldn't be pressing charges or testifying against her for my invasion of privacy. Like I said I'd go quietly. However I do know a guy who plays and is single and inheirited a ton. He'd be on the steps of the court house with a bullhorn blasting hell yeah I fukked her. He doesn't care. She better hope he isn't one of those yet to be named [grin]

Case is going to be tough to prove without testimony of some of the John against her. Violation of privacy for recording w / o permission needs testimony of those recorded w / o permission. Why do you think they are charging 150 guys? Because the Prosecutor is outraged? They want to make sure they can flip enough johns to testify against Lexi.

Prostitution needs connection of sex act with $$. Just her detailed notes without corroborating evidence is not a done deal. The videos are just plain stupid on her part, but even those alone without other elements is very difficult to prove for Prosecutor. It proves the sexual act. Of course, if video includes audio or video of discussion of money or shows any exchange of currency, Lexi and particular John are cooked. But no one is that dumb.

The LE has to flip one of the three, Lexi Wright, Strong or a few of the John's to convict Lexis, the Johns, & Mr Strong.

"Beyond a reasonable doubt" is very difficult standard, and you only need one of the Jurors to say not guilty to have hung jury.

Of course, with all this publicity, they will not get fair & impartial trial in Biddeford / Wells area.

Yes, the Prosecutor will definitely try to have them plead out to the charges, because going to trial is a risk that the Prosecutor doesn't want to take without a sure bet, and this is no sure bet. The media would love a trial because of all the salacious details they could print due to the "publics need to know".

I know this is kind of late to ask, but with all the recent media stories surfacing, I am a little skiddish. I am trying to set something up with Kennedy, justcallmekennedy. Com. She is asking for height, weight, age, occupation, etc. I heard in the last sting that they asked the same. I do have a reference site that I use, so I didn't think she would need this additional information. I see that she is well reviewed on other sites, but wanted to check here. Does anyone have any information on her?

I believe her name is Anita, she used to have a website alwaysanita. Com which may or may not still be active. I don't think this is Deb who has been well reviewed here. That being said, I have not visited either.

Yes, the pics are real and she is reviewed here.

As far as I remember nothing special though, average reviews.

If you like mature women then go for it (by the pics personally I wouldn't, there's so much better out there).
