I'm not trying to ruffle any feathers here. The last time I saw Angel was at her old Quincy location. I haven't had a chance to see here at her new place. When I saw her last, she did a good job cleaning me up, but I didn't see her clean herself up. No need to raise the prices for all of us. Angel has been charging 60/40 for years and years. The reason she did not give you change is because that is her standard charge including tip. I do feel very bad for these ladies as they have all had tough lives (when you get to know them) and instinctively I tend to try and make up for that. Again my bad.
