Although I don't have but a handful of posts on the board, I have to say I've appreciated the feedback in this forum as well as the others for the area. But not so trashy to be Hot Spot. That place is just horrible, and with nothing to show in the back or with the girls when I've been there, ugh.

I posted a detailed review back in May with pretty much the same experiences. Guys go nuts over that place, but I only saw two 9s on a busy night (30+ girls) , and the 6s and 7s tried to charge $200+. While I certainly enjoyed the atmosphere and quality of the club, I had a much better time for half the price on Michigan Ave.

My recent Penthouse experiences have been similar. Decent but not outstanding talent, pricey valet and drinks. My biggest complaint is the over priced VIP quotes that seem to be standardized and non-negotiable across most of the dancers. I've walked out of Penthouse many times without getting a single over priced private dance. Fortunately, I've found similar talent and much more "willing" dancers at BT's and Coliseum in recent visits to the area.

Few friends wanted to go to penthouse Friday afternoon, it's not my cup of tea, mostly because everything is usually more expensive, but I went anyway. Paid the bouncer $20 for a booth, and $40 with tip for a bucket of beers. We wanted to smoke and asked the waitress for an ashtray, she said we had to go upstairs even though there was a guy smoking a cigar at the table right in front of us. I asked her about it and she said they allowed cigar smoking downstairs, but no cigs. Dumb rule in my opinion. Few girls came and sat with us, I got the middle seat so I was not talking to the girls much. Friend saw a taller hot brunette with highlights, paid $.50 for a CBJ. She rushed it way too much and he was back in under 2 songs for something he was overpaying for to begin with.
